Elounda Residences with Shared Pool

The Villas have an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen and a WC on the first floor and a large bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Verandas and balconies open onto the private gardens which vary in size from 55 to 60 m2

The villas have a swimming pool in the center of the complex providing our guests with a panoramic view over the gulf of Elounda.

All the villas are fully equipped. The rooms are furnished with modern furniture created by local craftsmen in order to fit the unique style of each villa. All the rooms are also equipped with TV and internet connection.

The kitchens are created to provide to every guest with all the comforts that a house kitchen can offer. They are equipped with glass-ceramic stove, extractor fan, refrigerator and a dishwashing machine. All the villas have an independent air-conditioning system (cold/hot air)
