This all-season pool home is located 3 miles from the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington and minutes to shopping, dining and entertainment. Be among the first to enjoy the recently updated and 100% refurnished home. Spend the days outside lounging by the pool or in the screened-in dining lanai grilling fresh food to perfection. At night snuggle up in the leather living room with a beautiful multi-colored electric fireplace. Cook your dinners in the updated granite kitchen with all necessary appliances, cookware, storage and utensils. A large dining set and buffet will accommodate all of your guests in comfort, or for quick dining, be seated on a counter-height padded stool at the huge kitchen island. The king master bedroom has a 2-vanity private bathroom with tiles walk-in shower and separate toilet/bidet area. The two Queen bedrooms feature 3-door closets, vanity and chest of drawers. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub with tiled surround. All soaps, linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Smart TV's are provided in all of the bedrooms and the living room.

The pool outside is surrounded by a large travertine tile pool deck and has an integrated jetted tub area for relaxing. The screened lanai area includes a gas grill, dining area and a separate seating area. Towels are provided for your pool experiences. Washer (with soaps) and dryer on premises for your convenience.

This was one of the nicest VRBOs we've ever been in. The open floor plan really gave us a lot of room, and the home was impeccably clean. Rich's communication was outstanding, and the amenities were endless. There wasn't a thing we wanted that wasn't provided. This home is close to Palm Beach and West Palm Beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. 10 out of 10!

We had such a great experience at this property. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—perfect for morning swims and winding down in the evening. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. Perfect home

We have rented a number of homes and have our own vacation rentals and this home is 100% one of the nicest homes we have been in. The attention to detail, cleanliness, comfortable furniture, set up, everything was perfect. This was such a great home to be in as we spent time relaxing and horse showing in Wellington. We'll for sure be booking this again if we can. The host was also great - responsive, forward thinking, etc.

A Beautiful Home in the Center of Wellington

The house was beautiful, well kept, and had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay in Florida. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition and allowed us to enjoy a pool day in beautiful FL weather. My favorite part of the home was the kitchen and grill. It allowed me to cook for my family while we were visiting.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was a great location, clean and had all the items you needed. The host was more than accommodating by allowing us to shorten the stay based on our dates. We additionally had to contact the host while we were there with a question and he was super prompt and helpful. Overall 10/10 stay. Plan to stay there again in the future.

A fantastic property

Beautiful home in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Communication before and during our stay was great and we appreciated all of the information as well as the ease of getting into the property. Because of our schedule we didn't use the pool area, but it looked inviting and would be a great place to spend time. Other pluses: Fully stocked kitchen Comfortable beds with nice linens Lots of room in common areas while still feeling cozy Neighborhood was great for morning walks Close to shopping & restaurants It's a small thing, maybe, but I have to say that all of the soaps and bath products smelled amazing and elevated the experience. We would stay again!
