Welcome to the calmness that surrounds the Jersey Shore during these splendid Fall, Winter, and Spring months! Perfect for off season get away or extended stay! Available for short term rental periods. A great option for traveling professionals or traveling nurses. Easy access to Toms River, the Garden State Parkway and a multitude of shopping. One block from ocean sunrises and two blocks from the sunsets on the bay. Also just one block away is the newly developed Seaside Boardwalk that offers plenty to do all year round! Washer and dryer in unit. This is the second floor unit of a two unit house. FULLY FURNISHED Unit has two bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, full dining room and living room with three couches. Sunny enclosed front porch to enjoy during any season. Also includes basic kitchen essentials, utilities, wifi, cable, heat and hot water. Plenty of off street parking until end of May! Small dog allowed with additional pet fee. MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS STAY..... NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PERMITTED
