Love Legacy

Very nice stay. Great weather compared to San Diego this time of yr. Only hiccup was we tried to get in our place early to drop off our stuff. Was told there was a fee so we declined. Then we were emailed a bit later saying they were comping us early check in. Our thoughts are if room is ready why charge? Upcharge ?? We’ve stayed here a bunch and never was there a fee for early entry with other companies. Not a deal breaker. Just saying. Loved the unit though and will come again. Overall great weekend and thank you !!!

Joel, thank you for taking time to leave a review! We did want to provide some clarity as we have a standard early check-in fee. Our guest/reservation systems are automated to schedule door code activation/deactivation and housekeeping tasks including linen removals, cleanings and check-in inspections. The door codes/access need to be manually adjusted by our reservations staff to provide for early-check ins and late check-outs. More importantly, staffing schedules for check-in inspections (early check-ins) and linen/trash removals (late check-outs) need to be adjusted to accommodate the extra time in the property. We hope you understand. You were great guests and we would love to host you again in the future.
