You will find a loft upstairs providing the perfect spot to enjoy a good book or catch up on emails. The loft also features a 40" Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Tides Drive is a quiet, private road with direct beach access featuring a boardwalk with bench seats for use by Tides Drive guests only. It's a short walk to the beach - less than 600 feet (200 yards) - and Timberland is located on the 4th lot back from the ocean. Made of juniper wood from the Currituck mainland, Timberland's interior is well maintained with a bright and open feel. Featuring large open decks and a screened porch with a picnic table, this vacation home is designed with families in mind. A basketball goal in the driveway and horseshoes in the backyard invite outdoor play, while the short walk to the beach makes it easy to go swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. After a dip in the ocean, rinse off the salt and sand in the enclosed outside shower. The fisherman in the family will appreciate the fish cleaning table, and the under-house storage area has plenty of room for beach chairs, fishing poles, sand toys, boogie boards, and more.

The Tides subdivision is just a short walk to the Village of Duck on the paved bike/jogging path. Explore the many boutique shops and restaurants as well as the soundside boardwalk and Duck Town Park. Timberland does not allow smoking.
