This was a perfect condo for my wife and I - we will definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Nice and close to the beach and also many restaurants. Beautiful view out the front and also from the bedroom balcony. Really enjoyed or stay. Thank you.

Property was clean and in a good location. It was an enjoyable stay with no real issues. From a constructive criticism standpoint. The bedroom furniture should be replaced as they are old and all the drawers smell musty. Also the unit smelled musty but mostly the bedroom which caused us to buy air freshener spray. Also the beach chairs need to be replaced. The ones there are unusable. You should have two new new beach chairs that are usable as opposed to four that are old and rust and small. Just some minor adjustments would go a long way as I suggested above.

406 Dockside home from home.

We found the condo ideal for a couple. We'll situated for beach,bars and restaurants. The condo was clean, modern well equipped. Comfortable rooms and superb views of the waters where we saw dolphins and manatees nearly every day. Good communication before arrival made everything run smoothly. Would gladly return again.

Awesome property!

The place was as described. We walked to the beach with their provided chairs, umbrellas, and swim gear. It was very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and attractions.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved Dockside and condo 406. The condo had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the fact that it had a private balcony as well as chairs out front overlooking the water. The condo was in walking distance of the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. We only ended up needing our car one time. Free parking too which is a bonus. If I'm ever back in Clearwater, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again.

2023 Florida Stay Dockside

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay here! Property was very well kept. The view from the main balcony was fantastic! Back balcony view just a parking lot was still very nice. Very easy to check in and out, pool was conveniently located and very nice as well. South end of the beach was maybe a 5-7 minute walk. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for the minimal amount of cooking we did. Bedroom had plenty of storage space for clothes and was big enough to put our son’s pack n play next to the bed without it feeling cramped. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in Clearwater Beach

Overall we loved our stay at Dockside. This is our third time in this building, first time in this until. The unit was clean and well equipped with the exception of no steak knives. A few things that could use some attention: The mattress could use replacing as we felt it was very uncomfortable. The front door sticks so that could be adjusted and the dishwasher door could also use some adjustment. The booking and checkin was simple, the communciation with iTrips was easy. The view is amazing and we would definitely rent here again. Love the location to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

Bad maintenance and hospitality. No way should I went 5 days without air; even the GM Rocio said that they dropped the ball on this air conditioning situation and that should been taken care of with in 24hrs

Beach Go'ers park free, Renters get Towed.

Hard to find parking during the day due to beach go'ers parking for free, renters get towed at night if they forget to hang a sign from their mirror. Yes, we forgot on our seventh night. Got towed, waited for an Uber, waited to pay our towing fee, missed our flight home, waited at the airport for separate flights home. I recommend finding a place that has a better parking situation. The lot was 2/3rds empty when we were towed(5am), but during the day it's full and it's hard to find a spot.

The location was great. Lots to see and do.

The pictures definitely didn’t match the condo. The condo needs updating. Bathroom was a bit moldy and dirty. Kitchen was sufficient except there was a coffee maker with no carafe. When I tried contacting the owner and a representative I got absolutely no reply. Could have bought a new one for not much money and dropped it off very easily. So, really, the place just needs a few things to be attended to and a few things replaced. But, that’s a lot of money to have paid for things that can be fixed relatively inexpensive. Overall, it was ok, I wasn’t wowed.

Need some improvements

We stayed 1 week in this apartment and overall we had a good time! This is the second time I stayed in the building, first in this apartment. The building is simple, with parking space, a small pool, but in an excellent location and a view that you can’t beat! Just 2 min walk from the beach. Now the apartment definitely needs a deep cleaning, behind all furnitures the amount of dust was incredible. Behind the bed besides the dust, I found even a pile of potato chips. At my house we dont use shoes inside so my kids immediately removed them at the door, in a few minutes walking inside the apartment their feet were black, so the floors were not clean. They need to buy new towels asap, they all look very old. On the bed sheets I found a lot of hair, and some of the extra sheets/pillowcases in the closet were dirty. I washed them all on our arrival to be able to use, and just used 2 towels (we brought ours). As a host myself these are things that I’m always checking with the cleaning crew that need to be really clean, and sheets/towels extra clean and no stains. If you are not really pick with cleaning, you will have a great time in this apartment. I was already prepared for this as I saw others reviews here regarding the cleaning, and I communicated with the host regarding this previous of my arrival, but it was as I expected not really clean!

We love everything in this condo and host. Only one thing we hate is bed frame haha. When we were sleeping every time we flip it makes noise. So it pretty disturbing when we are sleeping.
