NEWLY REMODELED - Shoreline Towers 2104 two bedroom two bath unit so close to the beach you can hear the waves as you fall asleep at night. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two comfy double beds. Living room has large 65" Smart TV for enjoying your favorite show or game. Unit 2104 also provides you a FREE BEACH SETUP for the 2025 Season ... come and enjoy your reserved spot on the beach.

Kitchen is fully open and has everything you need for fixing your favorite meal. There is a Keurig in the kitchen for guest convenience. All new cabinets, granite counter tops and more.

In addition, and just off the kitchen the owner has added an area with two docking stations for your computers. A little bit of work and then off to the beach. Best of both worlds. FREE WiFi as well.

Master bedroom has king bed with two queen beds in the guest. The Master bathroom has a walk in shower including a safety bar and the guest bath includes a tub and safety bar as well. All new and updated ... just check out the pictures. Unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Beautiful condo great location

A beautiful condo in a great location. Free set up on the beach of 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella are included in the rental, which was the main selling point for us. The condo was clean and has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The only downside was the cleaning personnel left a bucket of really smelly water sitting on the kitchen floor, which smelled up the condo for the entire week, also getting in and out of the property through security sometimes it’s kind of nuisance when the security guard isn’t at the gate. I would definitely rent this unit again.

However there was a smell, almost like a sewer type smell, that would permeate the whole condo. Tried to pin point it but it seemed like it happened most when the washer was ran or perhaps after showers? Not exactly sure but it was pretty bad. Not constant tho!

It was the best place for morning coffee and we could send the teens down to the beach to crab hunt and watch from the balcony. We even got to meet the owner of the condo and was able to let him know how much we enjoyed our stay. The tower was under renovation but did not hinder our time there. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are a pool person the pool is located through the parking lot. We noticed that the pool was the place to be in the evenings and during the day the beach was perfect. I loved that beach service is included. You are not allowed to have tent or your own umbrella so this is so nice to have. People leave extra floats in a storage area by the elevators which was nice. There was always enough parking. We had a great trip!

When I went to give my son a bath in the guest bathroom, I noticed a lot of black hair in and around the tub. I was grossed out enough, that we didn’t use that bathroom the rest of the stay. Kitchen was fully loaded. I suggest keeping food and drinks that have not been opened, for the next guest. It was very wasteful having to toss out good food and drinks. Suggestion:maybe setup something local around the property where the unopened foods/drinks can be donated for the underprivileged to take what they need, instead of throwing the stuff away.

We were in 2104 and it was very modern and seemed to be recently updated. Stocked very well with anything you could need in the kitchen. Would definitely choose this unit again in the future. I would say we only had two complaints. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom either didn’t work or we couldn’t figure it out. It was the same as the fan in the second bedroom which worked fine. I ended up purchasing a fan for the nightstand because we like it to be cooler at night. The other complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself but more with the cleaning staff. I am confident in saying the floor was never mopped before we checked in. Our feet/socks would turn black shortly after walking thru the condo. When you looked at the floor in the sunlight near the balcony doors, you could see that it wasn’t very clean. This has nothing to do with the owners or the condo itself, just the cleaning staff.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed 8 years out of 10 at Shoreline Towers - I understand "under construction phases" as I was told at booking. But, I was misled that charges was not adjusted for the inconvenience of no balcony use at all and no beach and umbrella/chairs as a perk with this condo as I was told at the time of booking trip. Very sad with the manager to not have tried to make some form of compensation to a loyal return customer after all the referals I have given in the past 10 years.

Horror show in Building #2

Reviewer Comments: First up front I want to emphasize my comments below do no apply to Sharon Dillon and her staff who were very professional and polite. I signed at lease for this condo about this time last year under the impression I would have "quiet possession". However the Home Owners Association (HOA) had other plans. With no warning given to me when I signed the lease the HOA decided to schedule major renovations to the exterior of my building starting the end of Jan 22. Had I been told I never would have taken the unit but found somewhere else to stay. The renovations included taking a jack hammer and grinder to the exterior walls as well as the corridors leading to the apartment. The noise, dust and debris were extreme. This went on for 6 weeks from 8am to 5pm. It was going to be so bad the management team told us not to use the A/C during the day because of what all the fine dust particles would do to the the interior of the units. They didn't care about what the same dust would do when we left our unit to get outside and had to breather that in. At times the noise was so loud I had to turn the TV volume to as high as it would go. I consider the actions of the HOA reprehensible with total disregard for the safety and welfare of the tenants who had to endure this mess. I've stayed at Shoreline for 10 years but I am so annoyed at how the HOA handled this situation I doubt I will ever come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Shoreline about 6xs. This by far the least favorite unit. Arrived and found no hand soap at all. In the past we have had a small bar soap in each bathroom to get us started.8 towels/washcloths for 4 people, usually had 8 in both baths.The double mattresses seemed very old. The fitted sheets were very oversized and would not stay on.The elevator ran up and down ALL night rattling and banging at times. It was a constant, not people using it all nite. The controls on the cook stove are rubbed off. High is the only on visible.the plastic cover for kitchen lite was lying in laundry area.Living area very nice with puzzles,games and books.
