The large oceanside deck is equipped with a large Hot Tub and also has plenty of comfortable seating for the family to enjoy those cool ocean breezes and don’t forget to watch for the Porpoises as they troll the just outside the shoreline in search for their morning meal. Just off the deck and a few steps right out front you will find the beach access. The community pool is just a short easy walk within the development and it also provides access out to the ocean.

As you enter the home from the main oceanside deck you will be greeted by a very spacious living room which is open and airy with its hardwood floors, ceiling fan and recessed lighting. Vacationers in the off-season can enjoy the cozy ambiance of the fireplace (available off-season only). You will be enticed to gather the family around to watch a favorite TV show or movie on the comfortable and plush living room furniture which also includes a queen sleeper sofa. For your convenience there is also WiFi throughout the property.

Just behind the living room you will find a den that is equipped with a sleeper sofa. This is an ideal space for ether a few moments of quiet and privacy or it can double as an additional sleeping quarters. A convenient half bath is located just off this living room area.

This first level also offers a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath on the sound side of the home.

The dining room is flooded with light and it sits directly in front of two large windows that face the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. How better to enjoy a great meal with family and friends. The dining area has ample seating with 8 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar area. For those that like their meals outside, there is plenty of dining space on the oceanfront deck just off the kitchen area.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. The large appliances include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range/oven. The small countertop appliances include a toaster, coffee pot and blender. The kitchen is a lovely vision of white from cabinets to counters to appliances.

The spacious King Master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a luxurious bath with corner jacuzzi tub. There is also a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. An additional king bedroom has its own private bath, overlooks the ocean and is equipped with a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. On the sound side of this level is a third bedroom with queen bed and a Pyramid bunk bed and has a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door.

A lovely sitting room with a spectacular view of the ocean bisects the bedrooms on this level and provides a perfect spot to sit with your book or your favorite mobile device or simply watch the waves crashing against the shore just yards away. This room is equipped with a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra sleepig space. On this second level you will also find a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer/dryer.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting. 

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
