Una unidad 2 baño 3 dormitorio con un colchón de tamaño king en el dormitorio principal y 2 camas dobles en los dos dormitorios de invitados. La unidad es toda la alfombra (recién instalado de junio de 2016), salvo en las zonas húmedas. Los baños han sido remodelados con una ducha a ras de suelo en el baño principal. La cocina abierta remodelada tiene todos los gabinetes nuevos y encimeras de granito y una lavadora y secadora apilables para la comodidad del huésped. Hay una terraza abierta para disfrutar de toda la belleza de Destin. Unidad 1021 tiene todos los nuevos muebles de la sala para incluir un sofá cama. Shoreline Towers tiene una ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, farmacias y mucho más.

LOVED this condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at MANY condos at Shoreline, have been going here at least once a year for probably 15+ years. This was one of our favorite condos. NOT because the interior was spectacular, but because of the amazing BIG balcony right eye level with the beach and how easy it was to take the short one flight of stairs to the door in seconds and not have to wait on the elevators. The interior was fine, not special at all, even a little dated but we didn't care. The balcony and location made up for it. It was clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again in the future. There was a bad leak over one of the showers in the ceiling above, maintenance was going to fix it when we left. The washer and dryer were quirky but did work ok. Over all-its a great condo for our family.

Beach trip

We had a great time. We were right on the beach. It was an awesome view from our deck. It was one of the best equipped kitchens that we have ever stayed in. The sheets were soft, the towels thick. Liked that it was gated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I'll say we love Destin. We stayed in Tower 3 last year with no complaints. When we got into our condo (Tower 1) we discovered a very large cockroach that was dead. I called the front desk and they said they'd have someone come get it. My husband then found another large one in the condo. We called the front desk and they sent someone over to bomb the condo. After the bombing, we found two more live cockroaches. The air in the master bedroom is nonexistent. The dishwasher kept messing up. The sheets in the master bedroom looked like there was bloodstains on them. It's just a bummer because we spent more money to stay oceanfront and it just wasn't the best experience.

Wonderful

Great view from the large balcony. Spacious for 7 adults. Great location and easy to access all that Destin has to offer! Only issue was someone stole one of my 4Runner caps off one of my tires but that could have happened at one of the restaurants or while we were shopping. Noticed it was missing the 3rd day of our visit. Sad.

Fabulous Vaca on the Beach!

Note that we could not get the sliders to lock. We were not concerned by this, but if you would be, this may not be the place for you. (We did not let Mgmt know, since it wasn't an issue for us, & we had already seen that on previous reviews, so assume they're aware...)

A Queen's Birthday in Paradise

The property is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! It looks just as good as it does in the pictures. BEAUTIFUL VIEW off the beach. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PROPERTY and we're already planning our next vacation here.

Place has a superb view from the beach side of the condo we saw dolphins swimming almost every morning along the sand bar. Nice place

We really enjoyed our week in Destin! The condo needs some upgrading in certain areas but overall was very nice. We had a few issues and maintenance came and fixed them right away. Great view of the beach, and easy access to the beach and parking.

Best Beach View Ever

Best vacation we've ever been on. The view was amazing and absolutely beautiful!! Easy access to the beach for my mom that's on a Walker. Plenty of room for everyone!! I will Diffentely be back!!

We would’ve given 5 stars if sheets fit beds, Blinds tough to use. Broken utensils. For the price we expected more. The good things are the beach access was good, the view was spectacular, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

First time in destin

We were on a two week vacation and second week was Destin. We were told it would be cold etc...when we arrived it was beautiful! Then we checked into condo and it was very clean,homey and plenty of space for our group... the view was amazing!! We woke up to dolphins swimming in the shoreline and beautiful blue water and sunny skies. The property management checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything or need anything repaired which was awesome ( we needed nothing). I would stay here again and hopefully soon😎

Great location and gorgeous view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went with my sister, mom and all 4 littles and everyone had a nice time. Beach was handicap accessible which was great since my mom cant do stairs. I would mention that the emergency repair info in the packet needs to be updated. We had a kitchen sink leak our second night and called security as noted and they said there was nothing they could do about it and to call back in the morning, fortunately it just meant we couldnt use the sink that night, but if it had been a water heater leak or something we couldnt stop we would have had no idea what to do since security said none of that was part of their job and the leasing office is closed at night. Place was in great shape, clean, nicely decorated, and given the chance we will gladly book again, thank you!
