We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely come back. The views were incredible, and the cabin was perfect for our family of four. Our kids especially loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and arcade area, which made the trip extra memorable. Check-in and check-out were both super easy, communication was fantastic, and when we needed help with a simple smoke detector issue, maintenance was there the same day, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the beds were pretty noisy and would wake us up when either of us moved during the night. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We even had a bear come right up to our balcony, which was such a wild and memorable experience. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Beds are extremely NOISY. Can't roll over without the whole house hearing. Shower floors were also very squeaky. Cabin was well equipped and clean except pool looks grimy and stained. Water is clean but sides appear dirty. Also pool alarm kept going off at various times. Unsure why as doors were shut and locked as instructed. Always had to go check when it would go off especially at night.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We're sorry the bed noise and squeaky shower disrupted your stay—we'll absolutely address those maintenance concerns right away. Regarding the pool, we appreciate you noting that. The alarm sensitivity can occasionally trigger, but we're glad you followed protocol by checking. We'll review the system to minimize unnecessary alerts. We're pleased you found the cabin well-equipped and clean otherwise. We'd love the opportunity to make your next visit more comfortable. Please reach out if you have any other concerns.
