Situated on five acres of private land and adjacent to its twin cabin, Barkin’ at the Moon, this peaceful retreat offers seclusion while remaining just a short drive from Pigeon Forge.

Indulge in year-round swimming fun with our private heated pool (4 ft deep) and hot tub located in the basement. Dive into the refreshing waters of the pool or unwind in the soothing embrace of the hot tub. Enjoy the convenience and privacy of having these amenities at your disposal throughout your stay, making your vacation truly enjoyable and relaxing.

GAME ROOM
The basement level serves as an entertainment haven, complete with a pool table, a 3000-game arcade unit, board games, a 55" smart TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for relaxing and gathering.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for preparing meals. The dining area includes a custom-made reclaimed wood table and chairs, along with bar seating for three. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.

LIVING ROOM
Relax and unwind in the living room, which features a smart TV for your entertainment needs. You can cozy up by the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

BEDROOMS
Howlin’ at the Moon features two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious open loft. The main-level bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, jetted tub, and double vanity. Upstairs, the open loft offers a queen-sized bed, smart TV, a rocking chair, cozy nooks, and access to a shared restroom with an oversized shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy meals on the front porch table while taking in the surrounding natural beauty. The back deck features a double glider for peaceful relaxation. Both levels offer covered decks with stunning views, and the basement deck is furnished with rocking chairs for unwinding in the tranquility of nature.

PARKING
We provide free parking for your convenience. There is a parking space available for 2 cars in front of the cabin. For additional cars, please park below the driveway and walk up to the cabin.

GOOD TO KNOW
Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted.
Howlin' at the Moon is pet-friendly; dogs are welcome for $50 per dog per night, but cats are not allowed due to owner allergies.
Driveway is steep but manageable; in the winter, you will need a 4WD
We do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to the tongue and groove.

Beautiful cabin & views! This cabin was exactly as listed and amazing all around. We enjoyed the pool & spa, multiple decks for grilling and hanging out. The weather wasn’t quite what we were hoping, lucky for us, we had an awesome place to stay! We were so comfortable and cozy in this cabin. Our kids loved it! This was our first time bringing our dog along-they had everything we needed to make her feel comfortable as well. I would definitely book with them again-communication was top notch!!!

Howlin at the Moon is an excellent Cabin that is exactly what it is represented to be! This Cabin is up to date and very clean. It's location is extremely private and secluded, but you can easily drive to Pigeon Forge in less than 10 minutes. Can't say enough good things about our communications with Mike & Jamie, as our short stay was scheduled extremely "last minute" and their responses to our questions were always immediate, thoughtful and very helpful! We have rented several VRBO Properties over the years and would definitely recommend Howlin at the Moon for an overall satisfying experience

Adorable cabin. Loved the Christmas lights on the front porch and the Christmas tree in the living room. The pool was a hit with the kids, although the hot tub never got above a lukewarm temperature. Nonetheless, the kids enjoyed it and didn't complain. This was the best stocked cabin we've ever stayed in so huge bonus points for that. Plenty of portable fans, laundry/dish pods, towels, extra linen, and even snacks. We would definitely stay agin.

This property is wonderful and is exactly as advertised. It was the perfect location close to the parkway with an easy drive to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We loved the electric fireplace, pool table and indoor pool/spa. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the spa takes a while to heat up and doesn’t have a lot of jets, just as a FYI. The driveway is also pretty steep. We had an AWD and had no issues getting up the driveway in dry conditions. There is limited parking around the 2 cabins, as the listing mentions. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with essentials. I appreciated the attention to detail such as having some snacks available and the Christmas lights and fireplace turned on before we arrived. I also appreciated having a guidebook for the property and easily being able to contact the hosts. I would definitely recommend this property, and I will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Quiet and convenient

Beautiful area Clean and well maintained. All at home amenities on site. Washer and dryer with pods total plus. Full size fridge with ice conveniency. Showers had amazing hot water. Overall wonderful stay

Always enjoy staying here.

It was love at first sight with these cabins! Traveling with a multi-generational crew the layout of these cabins allows for us to travel together and have space privacy for each family. We love the fact that these cabins are on nearly 5 acres, with plenty to explore, and can be rented together or separately.
These cabins hold a sentimental value in that the logs that are in this cabin came from the sawmill that my grandfather and uncle ran when Jaime was a child. Once we learned this fact, we knew it was meant to be!
