Has life got you saying: "Beach, PLEASE!!"? Then it's time to book a stay at The Salty Little Beach House.
Whether you are looking to escape the hassles of every day life or looking for a perfect family vacation spot, Topsail Beach is just what you are looking for. Enjoy all that Topsail Beach has to offer in our newly renovated family home. Just across the street from Topsail Beach Public Beach Access #5, you'll have the perfect spot for shark tooth hunting, sea shell searching, or just kicking back and watching the pelicans fly by.

The Salty Little Beach House is just a mile from the center of Topsail Beach, where you will find great food and drink, ice cream, mini-golf, roller skating, and the nostalgia of small town Coastal Carolina. It's hard not to fall in love with Topsail Island. We hope to share the magic of this special place with you. Come and visit!
The Salty Little Beach House Has Everything You need for your Next Beach Vacation
This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits 2nd row from the beach. With front and back decks, you are sure to find the perfect spot to relax, while taking in views of the ocean or the intracoastal waterway. We've tried to include all the comforts of home, so that all you have to do is pack up the kids and your bathing suits and enjoy your vacation. Here's a short list of some of the extra things The Salty Little Beach House is pleased to offer:

linens (including beach towels)
access to the family game closet and beach toys for the kids
paper products starter pack (enough toilet paper and paper towels to let you settle in quick before rushing to the store)
spices, coffee, and condiments (eating out every meal on vacation can be expensive, but so can buying the staples needed for home-cooked meal - we've got you covered)
highchair and pack and play for our littlest guest
body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap, and laundry detergent (life gets messy, we've got soap for that!)

Absolutely excellent property which met all our needs. Location is perfect for a beach trip with access a two minute walk from South Topsail beach. First class decor and all the amenities provided. Host was very responsive and we recommend this rental 100%

Great location and ample space

Our family spent couple days at this beautiful home, that is located just couple minutes from 2 public beaches accesses. Home has everything family needs with multiple wonderful patio spaces.Check in was easy and host were very responsive.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at The Salty Little Beach House. It is a great house for a beach getaway with family and friends. Clean, inviting and fun beach decor. The beach is only a short walk away; just across the street. Surf City has a lot of fun restaurants and shops. Great stay!

Perfect beach house

Great location with quick walk to the beach. Very comfortable and nicely decorated house with everything you need. Very responsive hosts made everything easy. Had a perfect beach weekend there.

No. Carolina Beach First timers

Visiting No. Carolina for a football game between CAL and WFU, and exploring your beautiful state. Chose Topsail as it looked like a quieter beach experience and it was!! Loved the ocean and bay sides. Miles of beach to walk on, viewed both sunsets and sunrises. House was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, beachy and well appointed. Hosts were responsive and very helpful! I would love to return.

Lovely beach house!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our daughter going to school in Wilmington! Perfect spot to get together and spend a few days at the beach. The home is beautiful and Host was excellent! Would absolutely stay again!

The place is newly renovated and super cute! It is very convenient. It is just across the street from the beach and is very close to the beach access. It is a short drive from several restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and loved staying here! Thank you again!!

Great property and location!

Wonderful property in a great location! The house was updated, clean, airy and stylish. Beautifully decorated. It was only a short walk to a gorgeous beach and there were other fun things to do nearby. There was everything a family wouks need, like beach tots, chairs, a wagon, and games. We loved that there were great places to hang out as a group and also spaces for people to have time alone. Loved it!!

Our baby’s first birthday, weekend beach trip

We had an absolute fabulous stay! We were able to check in early, which was great due to our schedule. The home was very clean and well kept. The location was perfect, right across the street from the public beach access! There was ample parking spaces, and the outside shower was perfect for rinsing off after a long beach day! The hosts were very quick to respond, extremely friendly and accommodating. I only wish we had booked our stay for longer! Will definitely book again in the future!
