The condo was cancelled the day prior to my arrival the owner never responded. Had to stay in cheap hotel for one night prior to finding another condo. VRBO did the search but was over 3k more . File will be reopen once I get home to get a refund on the excess charges from one to another. Member of VRBO for over 15 years and this year has been a mess.Not a happy camper at all

Why they chose this property

Quiet, well-maintained, oceanfront building, close to Publix and public pickleball courts! Beach access, in-door and outdoor pools, sauna and our favorite, the hot tub! The pickleball courts are what initially brought us to this area, but we have really fallen in love with Daytona Beach Shores. We enjoy taking long walks on the beach or biking to the park at Ponce Inlet with a picnic lunch. And runners, there is nothing like a run on Daytona Beach in the summer! Wide, flat and normally uncrowded.

What makes this property unique

It has been described as a New York loft on the Florida Coast. Lots of floor to ceiling windows let in the light and views. All tile floors make it easy to keep clean. Very minimalist lifestyle but with full kitchen, living room area and private bedroom. Even has an office space with beach view in corner of the bedroom. Perfect for a single person, couple or couple with young children.
