Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put all used sheets & towels next to the 1st floor washer & dryer. Turn off all lights; inside & outside & turn off the AC or Heat on the third floor. Lock both doors & return key to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please place all used sheets and towels on the floor of the 1st floor laundry.
At checkout please turn off all lights and lock the doors.
Please make certain that the key is returned to the lockbox after each use.

Family wedding

The house was great with lots of room inside and out. The history is pretty cool. It was a little weird with all the owners stuff in there but that was fine.

Spacious, comfortable home

We stayed here with three families over a weekend for a funeral, and the house provided a comfortable and spacious place for us to gather and support each other. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as common areas where we could spend time together. The home was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. It was a great place to stay during a difficult time.
