Escape to Sunset Point, a pet-friendly oasis situated on beautiful Brandy Pond in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! With water on three sides and a lawn that slopes down to the waterfront, this home is truly a slice of paradise. This property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to gather as a family. Take in breathtaking views from every angle of the house and relax on the 50' dock, complete with a sitting area. The kiddos and pups will love the sprawling yard perfect for some fun in the sun. End the day with some s'mores around the fire pit, then cozy up for some board game action in the large family room. A canoe, two kayaks, and an inflatable paddle board are all provided for you to explore the crystal-clear waters!

2026 Rates: $714/night PEAK season; $443/night LOW season; $314/night OFF season

- $200 cleaning fee
- $100 Trash Deposit
- 2 dogs max with $100 pet fee per pet
- Property can sleep 9 guests all week plus 2 extra guests for 1-2 nights
- Heat pump in living room/kitchen area & window A/C unit in master bedroom

Fantastic summer rental

Was disappointed in the cleanliness there was dog hair on all the furniture and piles of dog waste all over the yard. The house had a weird smell and the furniture was old and breaking down. I will not be staying there again.

Exterior needed moving, fallen sticks pickup + winter's worth of cobwebs on exterior walls and patios. I got a professional leaf blower and cleaned up a bit. Perhaps we were the first renters of the season on June 27. We loved our time at Sunset point. The large private property with big old trees & places for badminton, games, soccer, fire pits etc is something quite special.

We played badminton, croquet, road bikes took walks, Sat around the campfire making s'mores and telling stories from previous Camp experiences. Able to celebrate our granddaughter's 8th birthday playing in the water riding on the jet ski tubing. All the fun stuff.

Loon calls, birdsongs and a mama duck with 8 duckling, made this a relaxing place. Granted we were there early in the season, but it truly is a private space. We never did get the large tv on the “porch” to work, but that turned out to be a good thing. Highly recommended
