A beautifully appointed, renovated, 3 bedroom plus den bedroom, two 1/2 bath townhouse at Coolidge Falls resort with spectacular views of Loon Mountain directly across the valley. Enter to the tiled foyer with a bench to sit and take off your shoes or boots and plenty of hooks to hang your outdoor gear. Off the foyer is the laundry room with new HE washer and dryer. Then step into the main living level with open concept, cathedral ceiling, living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area offers plentiful new seating with sleeper sofa to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, 65” smart OLED television, Blu-ray player, Chromecast, wet bar, views of the slopes. The modern kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter seating for three. The spacious dining table has seating for eight to enjoy a meal or sit and play a board game while taking in the views of the mountain. The wrap-around main deck surrounds the dining area on two sides and has two slider-door access points. Enjoy watching the skiers coming down the mountain from the living area, dining area and deck. Three bedrooms and the two baths are located downstairs. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen television, a private attached bath and a deck. The second bedroom on this level also has a queen bed, television and a deck. The second large shared bath is located just across the hall. The third lower bedroom offers a twin bed and a set of bunk beds. Head up to the top level to enjoy the den with another twin bed and television. (The true primary suite here is locked off.)

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Clean and spacious with a beautiful view

This home was a perfect spot for my young family and parents. When we weren’t out enjoying the beautiful hikes and great loon amenities, this house made for the perfect spot for my family to hang out together and enjoy meals. Kitchen was nice and spacious for easy cooking. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place!

We stayed for the NH Highland Games weekend. Spent mornings on the deck with coffee listening to bagpipes and taking in the beautiful view. Hilly but do-able walk to festival. The place was great - very spacious, tidy and owner thought of lots of nice details (kitchen very well stocked!) Would absolutely recommend and plan to come again. Also very happy w rental and check in process. Directions very clear, process smooth.

WONDERFUL STAY IN LINCOLN

First off I'd like to urge the owner (s) of this property to ask a professional photographer to take pictures of this beautiful property. Honestly, I was skeptic in renting out this place just because of the pictures I had seen. Once I got to the premisses I was pleasantly surprised. The pictures posted on VRBO DO NOT give ANY justice to this property. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. The bed were comfortable. We were a party of 6 and this condo accomodated us perfectly. The kitchen is beautiful and the dining area welcomes 8 persons. The place is clean, well kept and very inviting. A must if you are looking for a place to stay in Lincoln!

Property was as described however they advertise air conditioning. There is only one ac unit in the wall for the entire 3 story unit making sleeping on the lower level a bit warm and stuffy. Property could use some updating and maintenance. Towel bar was off the wall, kitchen was not very clean. Dishes in dishwasher, grease on stove top and coffee pot looked liked it hadn’t been clean in quite some time. There were no directions on how to work TV in the main living area so we had to go to bedrooms in order to watch. Lastly there is no bathroom on the main level so you had to go downstairs every time. Not good for seniors!

The bedrooms, while clean, could use some upgrading. The beds were all very very uncomfortable, and a few of the beds seemed to have bed bugs, or something of the sort . All who slept in the beds woke up with bites everywhere. We endured. Also, the outside of the property(front porch, back porch, etc) were covered in a thick layer of pollen. Should have been cleaned before we got there. Lastly, the place was advertised as having WiFi. The WiFi worked for one day and then would not work again.

Highland Games Getaway

Awesome house- right across from Loon Mtn entrance so it was quick access to the Highland Games and lovely to hear the bagpipes from the hillside on the back porch. Beautiful fireplace and wicked comfy recliner chairs - we all fell asleep in them at one point or another. Everything was very clean and quiet. Doors and windows are in awesome condition. Multi-level with a lot of space. Great porches ( there are two), which was key for having morning coffee and watching the sun rise over Loon or having tea in the evening watching the clouds turn pink and the winds blow through the trees. House is well situated on the mountain. Loon Reservation Service was awesome and very helpful. They even let us stay a little bit later on our check out day (Sunday) as the Highland Games were canceled Saturday due to high winds/hurricane caution and Saturday tickets were being honored the following day Sunday. So we were able to stay a little longer on Sunday. Only feedback is that the mattresses in the lower level rooms are very stiff and feel very old. Akin to cardboard- No support, so sleep was challenging. Would highly recommend updating those. Other than that it was a truly wonderful home; my family and I would love to stay here again next year.

Relaxing vacation in the Mountains

The townhouse was very well appointed, the view was amazing and we loved the resort amenities. My kids just loved our mountain vacation! We are hoping to book this again for a fall/winter excursion! I just wanted to add a note as well about the reservation office staff, they were extremely accommodating and friendly during the booking process. I strongly recommend booking direct versus an online service!

Also, ask about the pass for pools as we did not receive one (perhaps they were not open but I would check as it is listed as amenity).

Great Condo, Management Company Not So Great

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is lovely and has a beautiful view. A couple of minor things - no bathroom on main living level and more furniture (specifically a table and chairs) would be nice on the deck. I rented this through VRBO but it was managed by Loon Reservation Service with whom I have a few complaints. Upon checking in it was made very clear that we were only allowed to park two cars at the condo (this had been stated in advance). I asked if they had any suggestions on where to leave a third car (we were staying there with adult children coming from different places). They said the only thing they could suggest was the grocery store downtown. We were given two parking passes to hang on display in our cars. Upon arriving at the condo, we discovered that there was room to park four cars and there was also an "overflow parking" area in the condo complex. During the entire weekend, we never saw a parking pass on any other car in the complex. The condo was lovely and clean, but there were a few things that turned up that were missed by whoever cleaned it - a plastic cup and straw on the floor in the corner of the dining area, a flashlight and what appeared to be a dummy cell phone under one of the beds, etc. Checkout was 10:00 in the morning which is pretty early especially when you need to clear out all of your trash and return keys to the office downtown instead of just being able to leave them in the condo. We had other family members staying in another condo in the complex but not managed by Loon Reservation and they had none of these issues - no limit on number of cars, later checkout at no charge, etc. When I went into the office to turn in the keys, I put the keys on the counter and the woman behind the desk said she would be with me in a moment and continued doing what she doing and then just took the keys and asked if I had a good stay, why did I have to wait for that?! I would not rent a property managed by this company again.

Great views/location and very clean

Beautiful, contemporary, extremely clean home with gorgeous 2 story stone fireplace, all modern amenities and brand new appliances. Perfect views of Loon Mountain's slopes. Great access to downtown Lincoln or the Kancamagus. The White Mountain National forest is literally 100 yards from the front door and Loon is across the street with spectacular views off the deck. Recommend checking out Polly's Pancakes and Harman's Cheese in Sugar Hill. The Basin in the National Park is our favorite for picturesque views and short walk and Lost River for cave exploring. Try the paved bike trail from Cannon down to Lincoln center. Don't forget to see the bears @ Clark's. Excellent for family stay. Would absolutely rent again!
