We Visited Panama City Beach Every March – Staying Each Time at Tidewater. We Loved the Area and Tidewater So Much We Purchased a Condo of Our Very Own! We live here now and open our home up for guests while we are off visiting our children. We would Love to Have You As Our Guest So That You Too Can Experience Everything This Quiet, West-end Location Has to Offer - Emerald Waters, Beautiful White Sand Beach, Spectacular Sunsets, Marine Life, Water Sports, Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.

Our Condo:
• is directly on the beach. We are on the West-end of Tidewater, with a Huge, Private Wrap-Around Balcony. There aren't any other buildings to the west - so the Views of the Beach and Sunsets Are Amazing!
• has a Fresh, New Look and is Super Clean - remodeled mater bath, freshly painted, new furniture, granite counters, new appliances including an extra mini fridge and ice machine!
• sleeps Eight Comfortably. There is a King Bed in the Master Suite. King bed in the Second. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds.
• has Three Bathrooms. Walk-in shower in the Master Bath, Walk-in Shower in the Second and Shower/Tub in the Third.
• 6 Beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and a beach wagon for you to borrow
• offers High-speed Wireless Internet and Cable TV.

Tidewater Offers Two Pools and Hot Tubs. Both pools are beachfront. There is a indoor heated pool available year round. Tidewater also has a movie theater with Family Friendly films played daily, in the winter sports games are played on request. There is a Starbucks/Ice Cream store as well! Along with a restaurant open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on the 1st floor called Waves! And tiki bar at one of the outdoor pools! More family fun at the arcade by the indoor pool! In Addition, There is a Fitness Center With a Shower Facility, and two roman tubs. Tennis/Pickle Ball Court a Grilling/Picnic Areas. There is something for everyone!
There is a Covered Parking Garage Across the Street With a Climate Controlled Walkway To/From the Condo Complex.

If You Enjoy Water Sports, You Have Plenty of Options! Just Steps from the Condo You May Rent a Jet Ski Or Paddle Board. You Could Also Go Parasailing Or Enjoy a Catamaran Or Banana Boat Ride.

We Rent Exclusively to Adults 25 Years of Age and Older and Their Families (per Our HOA Rules). Ages of All Guests Will Be Verified Prior to Rental. Age Requirements Are Strictly Enforced – and Violation Will Result in Eviction With No Refund of Security Deposit Or Rental Fees.

Rental Rates Do Not Include the Tidewater $65 registration Fee. Rates are subject to change without notice.


Weekly Rental Runs Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is 4pm, Central.
Check-out 10am, Central.

Tidewater is Smoke Free Property.

Pets and Smoking Are Not Allowed Per Our HOA Rules
The master bedroom closet and hallway closet are locked with owner belongings.
