Paradise holiday home in centre of South Yarra

Amazing house that looks like a holiday home in a quiet central part of South Yarra.

I'm often away for work so I thought it would be great to have this fantastic house enjoyed by others while I'm away. Over this summer, I will also keep the listing up while I can stay at my partner's house, so I may be around in Melbourne during your stay too.

Located right next to Chapel Street, this two bedroom upside down house has bedrooms on the bottom floor and the communal areas upstairs.
The space
This is the house I live in, so it will still have some of my stuff around. I have cleared enough away though to make sure you can have storage area and everything to enjoy your own space.

I'll make sure it's squeaky clean for your stay. Despite being only metres from Chapel Street, it's tucked away in a really quiet area making it feel like a paradise home.

I like to keep indoor plants, so it feels tropical.

I have a small garage which I will use to put some of my personal items into, but let me know if you need it for parking, or if you'd like to use it for the small workout area with weights I've got there.
Other things to note
Because I usually live here, all the essentials are here to live for you too. There are cooking essentials with all the utensils, oils, herbs and spices etc. There's a washing machine and drying rack (no tumble dryer). Parking permits etc.

Please, no parties at this house.
