Unfortunately, prior guests did not properly clean up after their pets, and we apologize that this impacted your experience. Preston, We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our home. As mentioned several times and as I tell ALL of our guests - "Check-in is at 4 o'clock. The house will probably be ready prior to the 4 o'clock check-in time, however, I am not able to give you an exact time. I will message you when the house is ready for you on the day of your arrival along with the access code for your stay" During the summer month's, we usually have other guests checking out the same morning...So, we are not able to "Promise" an early check-in time. As you mentioned, we did get you into the home BEFORE our posted check-in time of 4o'clock. We also ask our guest to start the dishwasher prior to leaving, as well as wash and put away the beach towels that we offer out of convenience to our guests. All of the other linens in the house are laundered by a service. Our homes are also cleaned by a Professional Service between each of our guests. We hope to have you back again in the future.
