Great location and beautiful property. We came to town for a baseball weekend and loved it. Parking was easy and it was very walkable to soulard locations. We would definitely recommend this place. 10/10.

Great property! You can tell the hosts take pride in this property. Very well kept and all the amenities you could ask for. The location is a 10/10. We walked to everything which is a rare feat in STL. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within a 10 min walk. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful spot!

We rented out Katie and Tyler’s beautiful house for a corporate meeting…what a great spot! It was perfect for our needs and the owners we very accommodating. Highly recommend their home!

Wonderful historic home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and communication with the owners was seamless.Lots of wonderful restaurants and activities within walking distance. Katie was great to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this property. The house is magnificent. Clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you may need while there. The hosts were fantastic with excellent communication, and everything with check in was a breeze. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again in the future.

In town get away

This property is beautiful. It has several amenities for the guest. The check-in and checkout process with the owners was really great. They stayed in touch with me to make sure that my stay was beautiful. I definitely plan on staying again.

Brothers Trip

Excellent house, location is perfect and Katie was very friendly and accommodating. Walk to ballgame, restaurants and downtown area. Farmers Market was incredible and a 2 min. walk. Overall we had an excellent time!

Beautiful Home

A beautiful home, filled with historic charm. It was little big for just the two of us but we still enjoyed every minute we spent there. The hosts were stellar, very friendly and helpful, the provided tons of suggestions on things we should see and spend our time doing. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Amazing Property, both inside and out!

Honestly did not want to leave this place. Every bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the baths/showers were very nice especially the master suites walk-in shower, kitchen had great appliances, the deck and patio area was beautiful. I can’t think of a single negative thing about it. I highly recommend staying here!!!!

Awesome house and location for family stay!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family who was staying in St Louis for my daughter’s birthday. The location is perfect for Cardinal Games or just general sightseeing, really easy highway access. Around the house is a farmers market, restaurants and bars that we could walk to. Street parking was no issue at all. The house itself was amazing and we even got a private tour of the basement and history of the home from Tyler and Katie our hosts. The bedrooms were comfortable and we enjoyed playing pool and sitting around the table enjoying great conversations. If you want a special experience this is your place!!!

What a gem!

Great home, amenities, and neighborhood! We traveled to St. Louis from Chicagoland with another family. This house was a splurge for us and worth every penny. The house was clean, well stocked, and beautiful! Highlights were the heated back porch, hot tub, and pool table. We also enjoyed all of the Smart Home features. We highly recommend the PS House.

Weekend trip to the Lou

Six of us, two adults, two tens, and two pre teens stayed here and loved it! More then enough space and things to do (pool, games, and a hot tub). The location was perfect as we shopped in The Loop, played Top Golf, and ate at City Foundry. A coffee shop 2 blocks away made for a nice, short adventure on Sunday morning. We felt safe the entire trip. Katie and Tyler were amazing hosts. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be back!
