LOCATION: We are located in the heart of Mill Valley, just a 12 minute flat walk into town with restaurants, theater, spas and shopping. Centrally located, this property is 15 minutes away from the Golden Gate Bridge, 20 minutes from Muir Beach & Muir Woods, 40 minutes away from Stinson Beach, 40 minutes away from the Wine Country. This ideal location is also a 5 minute walk to trailheads for mountain biking and hiking on majestic Mount Tamalpais.

THE HOME | OUTDOOR SPACE: On just under one acre, this is a great home for relaxing or using as a jumping off point to enjoy the San Francisco/Bay Area. From every vantage point, you will see redwood trees, giant Australian Tree Ferns and greenery. In front, as you can see from the photos, we have an 800 sqft deck with a fire pit, lounging area, and multiple dining areas to take in the beauty of the mammoth redwoods & ferns and sound of the creek that runs in front of the deck. Additionally, we have a large upper balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. In the backyard you will find a wooden hot tub and large garden. We also have a patio off the kitchen perfect for lounging.

THE HOME | INDOOR SPACE: Our 3,300 square foot, 3 level split home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full living room with wood-burning fireplace, full dining room, large kitchen with seating, and TV room with large flat-screen TV & gas fireplace. As you open the front door, you will walk into the large dining room with seating for 10 by candlelight. Newly remodeled guest bath is to your right. To the left, up a half flight of stairs is the living room. The living room features high ceilings, ample seating, wood burning fireplace and balcony. The views from this room are spectacular! It’s a lovely space to read, celebrate, relax. Walking back through the dining room leads you to the newly remodeled kitchen. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, serving platters, spices, and everything you could possibly need during your stay! The kitchen has a large oval table with seating for your entire group. Up a half flight of stairs, you will find the master suite. The master suite has a large seating area with overstuffed chairs, bookshelves and a TV. The bedroom space has a new Tempur-Pedic Cal King Bed. The entire area has a large balcony and when you open your eyes in the morning, a full view of redwood trees! The spacious spa-like bathroom has a Phillip Stark bathtub, double sinks, large rain shower, toilet room, and greenery view. Walking back to the kitchen, down half a flight you will find the TV room with gas fireplace and large L shaped comfy couch. This space is another great gathering spot. Down the halls is three bedrooms (Queen, Queen, 2 twin beds) and a full bathroom with double sinks, shower/tub combo. All levels lead to the outdoors – decks, balconies and seating areas. There is a lot of space for workstations if you are working remotely, and our wi-fi is new, high speed Sonic Fiber Optics.

THE HOME | THE KITCHEN: The newly remodeled kitchen is a dream to cook in. It’s bright, has lots of workspace and amply empty cabinets for your groceries. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and serving needs. Dishwasher, disposal, two ovens, microwave, 6 burner commercial stove, refrigerator and full suite of appliances. We also have a gas BBQ on the front deck. We invite you to enjoy our home!
In regards to pets, please contact me ahead of time via an inquiry to discuss. Our very lush garden can not tolerate animals running loose or relieving themselves on property. Note: Per local regulation, we are licensed with the City of Mill Valley. There is a 12% Short Term Rental Fee that is NOT included in the VRBO cost. This fee will be collected at the house by check made out to City of Mill Valley, by Venmo or PayPal. Thank you!
