Mansion Maemba Lagoon, located in the spa of Meaipe (Guarapari), facing Maemba Lagoon (second largest in the state), overlooking the sea, '200 meters from the beach. The house has 6 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning, 4 with ceiling fans) with balcony facing pond, a kitchenette behind the house, home theater room, covered area with barbecue, large garden, 100 m3 pool with wet bar , waterfall, jacuzzi (whirlpool), garage discovery for 8 cars. The house 'and very well located, next of the region's best restaurants (and Curuca Gaeta), the Nightclub More and best beaches (Bacutia, Piracanga, Father and Meaipe).

Excelente estadia,fomos 6 casais,todos muito bem acomodados,tudo funcionando como combinado,muito boa localização,não houve qualquer problema com nada,todos os casais gostaram muito e fazem planos de voltar na próxima oportunidade,destaque também para Sr. josé Rubens o caseiro que nos recebeu de maneira muito cortês e sempre se colocou a disposição.O proprietário tb sempre nos atendeu quando solicitado,de maneira que qualifico como excelente a casa,e tudo que cercou nossa estadia.recomendo.

Alugamos esta casa para pasar o carnaval em família, Excelente em todos os aspectos, e tudo em conformidade com o anuncio feito pelo proprietário Sr. Jorge ao qual cabe ressaltar sua educação, cordialidade e pontualidade com os compromissos assumidos. A área interna é excepcional e de extremo bom gosto. A área externa mais parece um clube privado. É indiscritível os momentos que ali passamos nesses 05 dias. Quem puder dela usufruir. certamente voltará. Devo ressaltar tambem que o caseiro Sr. José, extremamente educado e de uma dedicação notável, foi para nós de excelente auxilio. Casa muito confortável !!!!

Alugamos a casa por 12 dias e ficamos muito satisfeitos, foram dias perfeitos. A casa fica a cerca de 1,5 Km de Meaípe onde se compra de tudo. Levamos uma arrumadeira e uma cozinheira o que nos proporcionou conforto de hotel. Areas externas com móveis confortáveis, piscina e jacuzzis(externa e suite) muito boas, vista sempre magnífica da lagoa. As praias próximas, são as melhores da região (Bacutia e Peracanga). O Proprietário deveria restringir a locação a famílias de bom gosto. A conservação em alguns aspectos pesa em função de locação para grupos e festas. A casa necessita de alguns reparos, mas nada que comprometa uma ótima estadia. O caseiro e o proprietário foram muito solícitos. Recomendo e pretendo alugar novamente. Mansão maravilhosa

Aluguei a mansão para passar o natal e não tenho nenhuma reclamação a fazer. Pelo contrário, passei dias maravilhosos neste lugar e tenho certeza que meus convidados também. Cozinha, quartos, banheiros, área externa, piscina.....tudo ok! Pretendo alugar novamente em breve. Recomendadíssimo!!

Mansao dos horrores

O imóvel apresentava-se imundo e sem manutencao. Houve uma rave no dia anterior a minha chegada e qdo cheguei, já no dia que a casa deveria estar limpa e pronta pra eu desfrutar a minha estadia, ainda estavam removendo os equipamentos da festa, a piscina estava cheia de latinhas de cerveja, cigarros, etc. Os banheiros químicos só foram removidos muitos dias depois. Os banheiros estavam imundos e vomitados, a cozinha e todo o restante da casa imundos. Os colchoes e lencois estavam sujos e em péssimo estado. A casa só ficou habitável, pois fizemos um mutirao da limpeza ( eu e os meus convidados). Compramos lencois e travesseiros, pois além de estarem sujos, nao havia qtidade suficiente para todos. A cozinha bem equipada anunciada, na verdade, possui eletrodomésticos velhos, enferrujados, sujos e com mau funcionamento. Embaixo da pia, havia um vazamento. Tivemos que comprar tb panos de prato. O ar condicionado da suíte master tem um vazamento (verte água). A banheira de hidromassagem qdo esvaziada, provoca vazamento no teto do banheiro que fica localizado embaixo. Ainda no teto da suíte Master, existe dois buracos no gesso, por onde entram insetos. Tenho fotos pra provar tudo isso. Realmente, o estado geral da casa ( limpeza e manutencao) é sofrível. Jamais devia ser anunciada como mansao. Um dia já foi mansao......
