2 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the waterfront side of Commercial Street in the West End. Next door to Flyer's Boat Rental, down the street from the Coast Guard Station. Walking distance from the ferry and beaches. Walking distance to the center of town. Private deck and barbecue. Fully furnished with cable/wifi, TV, DVD player, in-unit laundry, one parking spot. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and a closet.

The apartment was in the basement which I didn’t realize from the house photo. The stairs got very slippery when it snowed and we got rock salt. I would keep a stash of rock salt for such events.Also some extra blankets.But a cozy, comfortable place.

Two things to know:The screen door opens the opposite of front door and the crossbar will cut your hand if you're not careful. There is a small step up from living room to kitchen that's easy to miss, especially at night and morning.
