Located on Standish Street, a one way side street in the center of Town, just over one block from Provincetown Bay, Macmillan Pier and the Ferries, Town Hall, and the Pilgrim Monument. It is a short stroll, about a five minute walk, to Commercial Street where you will find most shops, restaurants, clubs, and the Art Gallery District.

This clean, comfortable one bedroom unit is on the first floor and faces Standish Street with a view of the Pilgrim Monument.

The home has an open living area which includes leather sofa with 32" HDTV , a full kitchen including oven, microwave, and refrigerator and the kitchen is well appointed with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The separate bedroom has a firm King Bed with pillow top and high thread count linens. There is a full bathroom with shower and plenty of towels. There are 5 windows and 2 ceiling fans, as well as a window a/c, adequate for cooling. Other amenities include HDTV, WIFI, and off street parking.

The exclusive outdoor area has a table and chairs and a propane grill.

Perfect location for 2 in Ptown

We stayed for three nights in Vincent and Gordon's first-floor apartment. Everything was as expected. Hosts were very receptive to any issues. Location was wonderful...we could get anywhere downtown in just a couple of minutes yet the neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed having the king bed, a parking spot right next to our apartment, and an outdoor sitting area. The only issue as a short person: the cabinets are placed high on the wall, so it would have helped to have a step stool available. Other than that...a great spot!

Amazing hosts and lovely rental

Vincent and Gordon were the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed with. They communicated perfectly and were extremely thoughtful with little touches like handmade, nontoxic cleaner, filtered water, and all the different conveniences of the space they offered us. This was our first time in Provincetown and it was very positive because we chose to stay at this rental. Vincent and Gordon helped to make our weekend trip memorable and comfortable and we’re very grateful. We made the right chose! Thank you both!

A gem of a find!

Enjoyed this spot very much. Close proximity to everything. The unit was perfect for myself and my fiancee. The unit had eveeything there. The king bed was super comfortable, living room was cozy, the unit was clean and well cared for. I loved sitting outside having morning coffee looking at the tower. Definitely stay again 10 out 10 Great find!! Highly recommended

What a treat to stay so close to every thing. The apartment was comfortable & cozy. We didn’t cook in but could have since the kitchen lacked nothing. Provincetown is a very special place for me, I love it! Staying at Gordon’s this past week made it even better. Thanks!

Great Location, As Advertised

The property is as listed, and a very good location where you can easily walk (or bike) to anywhere in the main Provincetown area. Decent space, plenty of storage, very functional. Just like it shows up online, and easy to access and check out of. It’s not a high end or super modern property but it met our needs very well. Had some slight confusion ahead of the listing around needing to sign a rental agreement but I think that was my lack of personal experience and it all worked out well.

Quaint and comfy

The unit is comfortable and clean. The bed was a nice perk as most rental units don't have a king bed. There were 2 downsides, one being the owner's dog would bark at the slightest noise and the other being the size of the shower, which was about 2'x2' at best.

This apartment was very clean and completely equipped. Gordon was very responsive to questions and concerns. The location was amazingly quiet and a short walk to the Fine Arts Work Center for those taking workshops. As a solo older woman, I felt secure and comfortable here. Great experience.

Very nice P-town one bedroom

This is a very well-kept, very well located , great all around Provincetown value unit. It is one of very few with a king bed. So if that's important to you, grab it now. The hosts are very close by, available, and ready to help if anything is needed.

Great place / location

Very nice, clean place. Quiet street but only two blocks from Commercial Street (and one block from CVS which proved helpful). There was a mix-up (on my part) about my booking and hosts were very accommodating. Recommended.

Second Time

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love it and plan on continuing staying there when we are in Provincetown. It is close to everything, very clean and well equipped. Gordon and Vincent are excellent hosts and respond promptly to our questions.

When you reserve your stay you can rest assured you will enjoy accommodations at the consistently high standard we have set. Our homes are clean, and some of the amenities you can expect include fully equipped kitchens with granite counters and quality appliances, Premium Beds, and lots of fresh towels. All Homes are well appointed and feature original artwork throughout.
