Elenora's Casita is in central Palm Springs near downtown and the excitement!

Elenora's Casita/studio is a spacious private 550 sq. ft. short term vacation rental attached to the host's house. This is a gated and secure property. Guests are supplied a code for keyless entry for the casita/rental. All the private casita rooms are large; living room, bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet, and bathroom with a walk in shower as pictured. A twin size cot is available if requested ahead of time. The front and back patios are furnished with vintage Mid Century Modern patio furniture. Most of the bedroom and all of the living room furnishings are authentic vintage Mid Century Modern. The authentic vintage Mid Century Modern sofa is not to be used as a bed. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the bedroom closet. A few snacks, K-Cups and coffee supplies are provided. The living room has a large smart television where guests can use their own passwords for Netflix etc. Wifi is accessible. The vintage Mid Century fireplace is not a working fireplace. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with 1970s vintage Italian tile. The 40 feet long and ten feet deep pool does not have a heater, so the pool temp is chilly to cold from mid Oct to mid April. The diving board is off limits. The property is on one third of an acre. The neighborhood of Sunset Park is very quiet. On street parking is abundunt and you will be able to park in front of the property. Less than a mile and about a four to five minute drive from Elenora's Casita to Palm Canyon Drive where numerous nice restaurants and boutiques are located. The Palm Springs airport is a bit over one mile away. The convention center is one mile. The world's largest rotating aerial tramway which takes you to the top of the majestic Mt. San Jacinto Mountain is a ten minute drive. There is also a snowbird/guest house monthly rental on the property that may be occupied by up to two guests during the time of your casita rental. The casita/rental is attached to the host's house. The casita has a keyless entry on the front patio. AC is locked and the temperature can not be lower than 74 to prevent the AC from freezing up and becoming non operative. The three gates in front of the property were inspired by Dutch artist, Piet Mondrian, 1872-1944. The city of PS requires that the guest that books the reservation send a copy of their state ID to the host through the VRBO message board/portal. A copy of the Palm Springs Good Neighboor Brochure will be provided. All guests are required by the city of Palm Springs to sign the City Of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations which are discussed in the Good Neighbor Brochure.
