Such a beautiful home that is within walking distance to downtown and lot of restaurants/shops. Very quiet neighborhood as well. The home was super clean and gave enough space for how many people we had. The host was extremely nice as well a made sure we were always comfortable and helped with any questions we had come up with fast response time. 10/10 would recommend and already planning on staying here again in the future!
We were in town for the Basque festival, Jaialdi, and this place was perfect for our stay. We were about a mile walk from the Basque block where all the action was. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We did have a problem with the key pad not working so we had to get into the lock box every time. Not really a problem. Check in was smooth and the kitchen was perfect for us. Communication was great with Stephan and would definitely stay here again!

Easy peasy. We loved staying in the north end. We were near hiking and dining. Best of both worlds. Thank you!
Great place, but responses from host were too late for our issues.
We were significantly delayed by dangerous tree falls associated with high winds from thunderstorms and fires from these storms. We had three different family member's homes without power so we messaged the host asking if their unit had power. Getting no response in four hours we had no choice but to assume the worst for reasons of safety and hole up in McCall. The hosts did respond the NEXT day, sayong "they had heard that power had been out in Boise." We did enjoy our stay once we got there almost 24 hours later because of fire detours. But were also frustrated by lack of ANY instructions, for example thelication and use if thecthermostat as the house was 87F

Bad communication
The house is great, beds are comfortable. A lot of the supplies/equipment are damaged, or dated. I sent the host a message before checking in and didn’t hear back from them for 48 hours. I went as far as sending a message on another website that I didn’t book through, but I had no other means of getting in touch with them. I left messages both the message center and called the number that VRBO had for them.
The host or management company sent an email the day of check in with information on how to get into the house and parking info. The information about parking was different in the email and the welcome book and neither was accurate. Apparently they no longer ticket if you don't have a residential pass, but they need to update the information.
When we arrived at the house, the front door knob came off in our hand. The dresser in the front bedroom is coming apart. The coffee maker lid is broken. There was a trash bag left by the back door. We were left with 4 toilet paper rolls for 6 adults, we ran out. The pots and pans are old and scratched with the nonstick coating coming off.
The saving grace was location was great, within walking distance to downtown and the place was clean. The host communication was not acceptable, and I would have let them know some of the other problems we had, but I figured there was no point. Instead it goes on a review.
What a nice 3-bedroom house in a great neighborhood. It's so close to downtown with enough distance from the downtown bustle. The house has everything you would need to a short and a long stay. We didn't know about the street parking at first. It was confusing as these houses don't have driveways/garage. But Stefan responded quickly to my text asking where I should park. Stefan is very responsive and accommodating.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable; the decor uninspired. The location was stellar! Parking was an unknown-the street signs were residents only and the parking was not available at the house due to a broken gate. We cooked a fair amount, and wished the kitchen had been better stocked-more dishes, pots and pans, pizza cutter, tongs, mashed potato smasher etc. Also, wish there had been more towels. All the important things were clean; the laundry area was not however. The host was responsive. Thank you for an affordable and convenient stay. We were here for the Big Sky Basketball Tournament (Starch Madness)
