Well appointed,clean, little cottage in a great location on Long Sands Beach. The host, Steve, was very responsive to all my inquiries. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Loved the location. Close to the beach. Enjoyed the sunrise and moon view. Very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was welcomed on humid day and nights. Perfect for getaway to Maine.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. The cottage was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The entire property was very quiet, which is important to us. We plan on staying here again next year.

The property was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for our stay including disposable tableware in case we didn't want to deal with washing dishes (a nice touch). Beach towels and chairs are also provided. The place is small but for two of us was perfect and we enjoyed the beachy vibe of the decor. The host, Steve, was very communicative prior to our arrival including notifying us when the property was ready so we could check in early. The location can't be beat with only a short walk across the street to the beach.

This was our 2nd year staying at this cottage and it was such a great stay. Steve is a really nice host. Answers questions quickly. Very clean. You can actually see the ocean from the cottage. Really nice to wake up in the morning and see the sunshine on the water. We will be back.

We loved staying at this cottage. It was decorated very nicely. The house was immaculate. You can see the beach which is directly across the street from all the windows. Lots of restaurants close by. Communication with the owner was very timely. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property!

A great get-away

This cute cottage had everything we needed. It was very close to the beach. We also enjoyed the little yard with the comfy chairs. We really needed this get-away and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Super cute and clean place with everything you need including a view of the ocean, which is literally across the street! Host was very responsive and communication was excellent! Highly recommend! (set your alarm for the incredible sunrises that are also visible from the upstairs bedroom!)
