The primary bedroom features a king bed, while a full-size sofa bed in the living area provides additional flexibility for guests. One full bathroom and a separate powder room enhance convenience, particularly for extended stays. The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, a defined living area, and an in-unit washer and dryer practical elements that support everyday living. Smart televisions and high-speed wireless internet ensure seamless entertainment and connectivity throughout.

For stays of six nights or longer, a mid-week cleaning is required every six days.

The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of plenty of restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs, shopping, local venues as well as attractions. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Security Deposit via wire transfer will be required for this residence. Amount will be on Florida lease that is required for booking.
• One complimentary parking spot available in the Valet. For additional cars, Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets; only dogs permitted and subject to approval at a $400 fee plus an additional deposit.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $225 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the property. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
