Book your stay at this exclusive beachfront retreat today for a fraction of the cost of staying at the hotel with all the same amenities. Additional fees apply at the hotel: ~ $570 in linen and cleaning, and $300/ night resort fees. This is paid directly to the hotel upon arrival and is required by the hotel.

March vacation

We love Setai hotel and were excited to stay at Setai residence side. The condo was spacious and clean but needs work. The seevice everywhere at the Setai property is flawless! Definitely will come back again

The property is in a very neglected condition. Things broken, not operational, rusted, dents and cracks in walls and doors, stains on rugs. Cockroaches. Also, there is a very loud construction nearby. We filed a complaint with VRBO. The owner refused to offer any compensation. The location is amazing, though. Unit would be great if it has a major facelift. When the hotel has music (nightly) it is noisy in the unit. But it cannot be helped.

I’m sorry you had an unpleasant stay and we hope to make it up to you in the future. Regarding your pictured concerns: The first picture was the giant yellow door, which was assembled into 4 pieces because it is a 25 foot door, so those cracks are natural. The second is a lampshade and the third was a decorative connection of a leg, both of which have been replaced. Regarding your unpictured concerns: The shower heads both work and neither are rusted. There are no roaches or stains in the unit and we will always address issues like these as our top priority. Yes, there is nearby construction, but the hurricane windows prevent you from hearing it, and the construction site is out of your primary view. This applies to all units at the residence and hotel. We have done our best to address the concerns you have to make it a more pleasant experience for you and all future guests.

MLK trip with teen girls

It was okay but I will stay at 1 Hotel Residence bc you get more of a hotel feel rather than “some dudes condo” feel. Half the lights worked, stuff in the cabinets that seems like someone just moved out to rent it for the weekend, impossible to get main TV on. Hunter is really nice. He we answers questions quick but you aren’t sure why half the lightbulbs are out in the place. Same price as a three bedroom residence at 1Hotel which is prestine. Not a bad place though if the 1Hotel is booked.
