Location, amenities and comfort

Our party of 6 enjoyed all this house had to offer. The convenient location to both town and base was a big factor in our selection of the property. Once we settled in, the logistics is simple. We rented vehicles in order to explore surrounding area and ski Deer Valley and big cottonwood resorts, so did not rely on the pedestrian ways for all our transportation. When we return, we'll have the lay of the land figured out. Great all around experience. A few details on how to get to/from town/base would be appreciated (stair location and ski out/in logistics.)

Amazing experience

Fantastic value. Could walk everywhere. Didn't have to load equipment in car, but could walk to the lifts! Look forward to coming back! Thanks Bo for the white glove treatment!

Clean and well appointed. Great hot tub after a day of skiing. Enough rooms for our family of five

This is a nice well appointed house. The hot tub is great after skiing. Everything worked well for our family and the view from living room is great. However, the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It’s old and we sank into middle. Woke up with back pains. The walk from the house to mountain base is ok since downhill but coming back after skiing and being tired, it’s not such an easy hike uphill. The snow this year was bad so unaware of ski in options. Walking was only way to leave and get to house. Walk into town is ok. Again be prepared for uphill hike coming home. The manager Bo was very responsive. Overall a nice experience.

Owner's Response: Thank you for all the positive feedback. We work very hard and take pride how clean and well appointed our homes are, as well as how responsive we are to help make our guests stays as great as possible. We are available 24/7 via email, text and phone. The master bed mattress was purchased new less than 2 years ago, and is a top of the line Sealy Postupedic Eurotop Plush mattress. The problem was we just had all the carpeting and pad replaced this fall, and the bed supports were not properly installed in the middle of the bed frame. As soon as we knew there was an issue, this was a very quick problem to solve. We work very hard to keep all our mattresses current and find the best combination of plush feel and firm support to appeal to the widest range of guests, as well as great durability. The house is in a very convenient location, centered between the base of Park City Mountain, Main Street and the Town Lift ski runs. Usually, we have plenty of snow and you can walk down to the resort and ski back to the house via the town lift ski runs, so you don't have to walk back uphill to get home. I'm positive if this guest returned to stay with us again, she would give us 5 stars, just like the 30+ other reviews. Thanks.

Great property - well located!

The house was wonderful! Very convenient located between the resort and town lift - we walked everywhere.

The house is comfortable with everything we needed. All of the bedrooms have their own full bathrooms and are well appointed.Really enjoyed the view from the living room. Would definitely rent this house again!
