Located on Solares Hill in the heart of Old Town, HAVANA HOUSE captures the simple elegance of Key West's Conch homes of the fifties, when it was still possible to sail to Havana.

THE LIVING AREA...

The living room of HAVANA HOUSE has a vaulted ceiling, with walls of Dade County Pine. There is a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for everyone. The queen sofa bed will accommodate extra guests. The dining set will seat eight comfortably. The kitchen has upgraded appliances, and is fully equipped to prepare any meal. A gas BBQ is located conveniently on the side deck.

THE POOL AREA...

The back porch of HAVANA HOUSE overlooks the pool and has a comfortable dining set on one side and a living area on the other. With a vaulted ceiling and two fans, it's a great place to spend the whole day. The 10 x 20 pool is perfect for dipping, with plenty of room for everyone. The brick patio is spacious, with four chaises around the pool.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• Master Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with a King bed, overhead fan and flat screen TV. The bathroom is en-suite.

• Second Bedroom: Located on the First Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the second full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower.

• Loft-Style Third Bedroom: Accessible via the spiral staircase and has Two Twins OR One King bed, a flat screen TV, and access to the second full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Havana Casa. The location was perfect and in a quiet area. We loved the pool area and fenced in area for our dogs. The home was very clean and well stocked.

Relax, revitalize, revisit again and again.

Without exception this is one of the best vacations we have taken. Everything you need is at hand. Walk or bike to fantastic restaurants and laid back local lifestyles. The property is gorgeous well maintained and private. Really is a vacation haven.

The interaction with Samantha at Last Key Realty was excellent. The property was just as advertised. We have stayed in Key West in April for years but this was our first time at this home. We have booked for next April. Enough said?

Havana House

We LOVED the house and the back yard!! It would have helped to know the guest bathroom was at the opposite end of the house. We also LOVED YOUR refrigerator! The only other negatives were that we were directly under the jets coming in… SO NOISY, and the master shower head had no pressure and was very hard to rinse off . Would have preferred a regular head with a detachable wand.

Amazing place to stay.

As you can see I gave this property 5 Stars!!!! Upon arriving the exterior impression made us a little skeptical but once the front door was opened and we walked in we were amazed, excited and knew that we had made the right choice. The house was exactly what we needed for the next 6 weeks, especially the large covered patio deck and pool area in which to entertain all the family and friends that would be joining us in Key West. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only little negative is the kitchen is pretty much a one person kitchen. It's very narrow but definitely manageable especially once we moved the coffee station to the end of the counter so that everybody could get coffee. The parking situation also was a little bit of an issue as it didn't have an assigned space but we always managed to find a spot on Grinnell Street or right around the corner, so it ended up not being a big issue for us. And spending 4 weeks in Key West, anywhere you try to park is challenging. Meeting and having Amanda as our customer service coordinator was the absolute best ever. She met us at the front door and gave us the tour. There were treats on the table, beer in the frig, along with a Key Lime pie! But she was always there for us when I needed anything. It never took her more than a couple of minutes to respond to my text messages or show up at the house if needed. She made our stay in the Havana House easy, comfortable, amazing and memorable. Amanda, Thank you so much. We will be returning to Key West and will definitely use Last Key Realty for our next stay.

Amazing Family Vacation in this lovely home!

My family had the most amazing vacation in this lovely home. My fiance and I landed first and were greeted by a home ready for visitors. Amanda had everything ready for my family. We were easily able to walk to a grocery and cook out for the rest of the family that night (on the awesome grill at the house). While the back patio and pool make it nice enough not to need to leave, the house was in walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. We frequented Duval daily for food and fun! The house was clean and well- maintained. It had everything we might need including a Happy Birthday sign for my mom's birthday. One of our favorite brunch places was Pepe's Cafe. We rented scooters and jet skies. We would definitely return.

Perfect vacation rental in Key West!!

We stayed at the Havana House for the month of February 2017. It was perfect. For most of the time it was just my husband and I, but during President's Week, my children and grandchildren came down. We fit comfortably in this great rental. We loved the outdoor living area with an outside living room, dining room and, of course, the beautiful pool. It was within walking and biking distance to everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Amanda at Last Key Realty was wonderful. She met us at the property and showed us around. After a heavy rain, the pool filter got clogged and she was at the house with maintenance within the hour! It was the perfect family vacation and we will definitely be back next February!!

Tropical ambiance with great central location.

A tropical setting with a beautifully designed, clean, modernized house leading to a great party atmosphere porch with ceiling fans, grill and heated pool. Conveniently just down the road is the bicycle rental shop, food stop, package store, and bar. Fantastic central location for bicycling to Duval Street and Whitehead St. with great bars and eateries such as the Blue Macaw, Pinchers, Lozano's raw bar and the Half Shell raw bar, just to name a few. Three beaches are a close bike ride away and if you are adventurous you can bike the entire loop, going down Grinnell St. to the beaches, then the long beautiful seawall towards Roosevelt Blvd., and then back to Truman Ave. A great scenic workout! The guest services host was extremely helpful and friendly, always available to provide assistance when needed. This rental was well worth the price and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone and beyond our expectations.

The Perfect Place!!!

A Home in Paradise

Wow, an island paradise? Yes! Comfortable, homey, well cared for? Yes! Mellow cozy? Yes! Entertain a few friends out back for a meal by the pool? Yes! Sit on the patio on a sunny afternoon and brainstorm about business, or house plans, or that new cool dream? Yes! I've been at this house several times and done all of these things. I love this place! A family could enjoy it, it would also work for a very small business retreat or songwriting get away with 2-3 folks, or if others stay elsewhere and want to come by for a meal, it's just fantastic. Things are well laid out. The kitchen is modern, the decor is comfortable and unpretentious but classy. Seriously, any time I get to Key West I try to stay here if I can. Enjoy...

Havana House.....Unforgettable!

This property was perfect for us.  We had the kids with us this year and no one wanted to leave.  The house is immaculate, there's plenty of room, and it's incredibly comfortable.  We spent a lot of time just hiding out in the private island paradise that was the backyard.  When we wanted to go out it was easy to find almost anything to do... it's KEY WEST!  Walking distance to Duval Street but far enough away that we didn’t have to be part of the excitement if we didn't want to be.  Everyone we dealt with in securing the rental was great, and everything was in perfect order when we arrived.  Anyone that stays here will soon agree that this is a place to come back to.

Truly a piece of heaven

Fabulous Key West Getaway!

I spent a week here with several girlfriends, and we thoroughly enjoyed this charming home. It is spacious inside and outside. The pool is absolutely lovely--private and quiet with sun and shade! The owners have maintained it extremely well . We were close enough to walk to either the beach or downtown . I highly recommend it! From the darling front porch to the tropical pool in the back, this is the perfect place to rent for a Key West getaway!

Zero Worries at Zero Mile Mark

Havana House is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and can accommodate your family, couples retreat, or girls/guys getaway with plenty of space and privacy. You'll spend hours relaxing in the private pool but can walk a few short blocks to be in the heart of the action! Put the car keys away, grab your flip flops (or hop on a bike!) and leave your worries behind. Havana House is the perfect Key West vacation home!
