I booked this cabin for my parents, and they have raved and raved about how nice everything was. They had everything they could’ve possibly needed, and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Scott was incredibly accommodating, and was quick to respond anytime I left a message.

Scott was great to communicate with and we really enjoyed our stay. My adult children slept upstairs and said it was very comfortable up there. The grocery store and resturants were also convenient. Scott was a great host and we would stay here again.

The A frame cabin is a great place to stay for a long weekend and see Guntersville. It is also great that there is a walking trail to the lake shore.

It was a very pretty place! It was very hard to get it cooled off during the day. The living room stayed hot no matter what the air conditioning was set on. And the trail to the lake and fishing area was pretty grown up. The beds are very very firm and the pillows were very flat.

We always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so we can provide immediate support - we would have happily jumped in to help in any way we can and offer tips to maximize comfort. Being a vintage 1970s A-frame, heat naturally rises in peak summer heat; we recommend that our guests power on the upstairs A/C unit right upon arrival to keep the entire space cool. Additionally, while the lake trail is outside our property lines and beyond our direct control, we'll certainly share your notes about the overgrown path with the community. Thank you again for your input!

Overall, we had a great experience. The A frame was exceptionally clean. The space was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The area was great, we enjoyed our time at various parks, ate at some great spots (Papa Dubie's & Crawmamma's) and the people were so friendly including the neighbor across the street. We only wish the area behind the home was accurately described. The lake in that area was full of lilly pads / grass etc. We couldn't fish from the bank liked we had hoped. It was overgrown both on the bank & lake (the pictures of that area were totally different than what we experienced.)
