The first floor features two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus garage access and a fully equipped laundry area.

The second floor includes the primary suite with a king bed and private bath.

The top floor offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with ocean views and a private balcony.



Check-In & Booking

Guests complete a secure check-in form prior to arrival. Verification is required before access details are shared. Travel insurance is recommended, as cancellation policies remain in effect.



House Rules

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No events or loud music. Only registered guests are allowed. This is a non-smoking property. Checkout time must be followed unless arranged in advance.



Pet Policy

One small dog (under 25 lbs) is allowed with prior approval and a $375 fee. No cats. Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture, and not left unattended unless crated. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.



Care & Responsibility

Do not tamper with safety devices. Smoking, excessive cleaning, or damage will result in additional charges.



Booking Policies
