Modern, updated home in a quiet, 55+ community. One guest must be 55 or older. The home boasts an open concept, comfortable living space, well appointed kitchen, & the 2 large bedrooms sleep 6. Both bathrooms are updated with walk-in tiled showers & ceiling-high shower heads. Cardinal stadium & numerous baseball spring training facilities are very near as well as a variety of restaurants & shopping opportunities. This will be your favorite home base to relax after golf, cycling, football, baseball, dinner, exploring or a desert hike!

An open floor plan allows for modern day living in the kitchen, dining and living room. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are seperated by a hallway door providing privacy between each bedroom space. The large laundry room is accessible from the Arizona room. The private screened in patio is perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage, an appetizer or meal and enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather or quail watching.

Guests have access to the enire home consisting of the living room, kitchen, and breakfast dining area with views through a bay window. Formal dining, office work area and reading nook are in the Arizona room. Guests enjoy the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor screened in porch, and patio. The laundry room is open for our guest's convenience.

Very nice one level home in a very quiet neighborhood. Had access to several recreation centers for a reasonable fee. All shopping I wanted to do was nearby. Screened in porch was wonderful! Loved all the ceiling fans throughout the home. Desk was very nice to use when on my laptop. Kitchen well equipped. Will visit again when in Phoenix area.

Beautiful Property

Dorothy was a great host. The Listing is very accurate. The property and neighborhood are very beautiful and is located near a lot of great restaurants, shopping centers and many other local attractions. I would definitely recommend and would be staying again if I visit the Phoenix/Glendale area.

Sunny and comfortable -- Sun City Home

Very nicely furnished, comfortable home in Sun City. Thoughtfully remodeled throughout. Modern open floor plan. Well stocked kitchen with a fantastic stove. Screened sun porch (perfect for breakfast). The hosts are very attentive and make themselves available if you have any needs. We plan on returning.

Very nice winter get away

Great kitchen and very well stocked as were the bathrooms. Very little needed to make ourselves at home. Living area was small but cozy and comfortable and absolutely met our needs. TV was nice size and content was very satisfactory, especially as host upgraded service. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.. Location was excellent, very central to all activities and services. Only drawbacks were unable to use garage and needing a key to lock all doors from inside.

I reread all messages and the garage access wasn't mentioned; however, I recall the PM gave you the garage door opener. If we needed to move our car out for you we would have made accommodations. The security doors have dead bolt locks for your added security when the interior doors are open for airflow.

Month together with friends and golf and food and games and exercise

This home was very clean. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. In a great neighborhood. Close to everything. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner every day for a month. I enjoyed riding their bike. The rec center was 2 blocks away so I could swim and workout every day. I loved all the windows and light and fresh air. The property was perfect for two couples to enjoy the month

Dorothy grew up in Northern Arizona and moved to Phoenix as a young adult. Mike is from Montana and met Dorothy in Phoenix in 2000. In 2005 Mike and Dorothy moved closer to Mike's roots, Coeur d'Alene, ID.

As we near our retirement, we decided we would be snowbirds! We began our search in Sun City early 2020 and found the perfect home in Sun City in the fall. Remodeling began early 2021 with many trips back and forth from the Inland Northwest to Arizona. As active, outdoor enthusiasts, this was the perfect community for us!

Our property is pretty special. Two couples can comfortably co-exist in our home. Each bedroom has a bathroom separated by a hall door providing privacy for each couple or for two guests that need separate spaces. The living area offers open concept living and plenty of space to entertain guests. Two dining areas can seat 6 people in each, with an additional breakfast nook for 3 and bar seating for 4.
