Escape from your worries & immerse yourself in the tranquility of our expansive and serene guesthouse. Designed to provide all the comforts of home, this fully furnished 1-bedroom retreat boasts a cozy sofa sleeper, a well-equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a washer/dryer. Nestled within a peaceful and newly developed residential area, it's just a short drive away from the I-10 highway.

With your own private entrance & lock code, you have the freedom to come and go as you please.

You will have full access and use of the front patio and sitting area as well as rear patio.

Good quality and clean, very well stocked. The unit has pretty much everything you need. The neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. The host was available if I needed anything.

Beautiful spacious one-bedroom guest house

The property is lovely and well-appointed. Everything looks new. They provided everything we needed and even left a bottle of wine.

We had a wonderful 17 day stay at the casita. Great location. The hosts were amazing and the casita had everything necessary to make our stay above our expectations. We hope to return next year! 10 out of 10 property!!!

What a great place.

Quiet Neighborhood

The place is great for a couple. The neighborhood is very quiet. Lots of extra touches like snacks and toiletry items. Very well equipped.

I came to AZ for the graduation of my grandson. I.

The VRBO accommodations were conveniently close to my grandsons home. The facility was very clean, and had cold water bottles, beverages, and snacks available as well as a bottle of wine.

Our stay was made even more special with all of the things that were there! You name it this home had it....blower dryer, qtips, awesome face clothes, etc etc We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the hosts! Everything was top notch!

Lovely casita with all the comforts of home!

This one bedroom casita was beautifully appointed and very clean. It had a full size kitchen and roomy living room with sleeper sofa. There was also a full sized washer and dryer. It’s in a new construction neighborhood so everything was new. Our hosts, Jaimi and John were great and so accommodating!! They generously stocked the casita with anything you might want or need! It was a wonderful stay and I would welcome the opportunity to rent from them again when I visit Verrado! Lori

My husband John and I have 6 kids between the 2 of us, ranging in age from 23 to 34...we're kind of like the Brady Bunch! We also have 5 adorable grandkids! We recently became empty nesters so we are living out our dream of being snow birds between CO and AZ. My husband and I love to travel and experience new and different places. We are Colorado natives and have raised all of our children there. Four of our adult children still live in the Springs and 2 have moved to the Phoenix area.
5 things we cannot live without is our faith, our family, warm weather and sunshine, and our love of GOOD food!
We love to travel and I think cruises may be our absolute favorite! We love the water and love sandy beaches. If we could live in the Caribbean we would, we just have to figure out how to get all of our kids and grand kids there! :0)
We love spending time together with our family and creating lasting memories.
My passion is cooking and hosting many gatherings at our home so everyone can get together and enjoy one another's company.
My husband's passion is football and he is a retired high school football coach.
We share the love of movies, a good comedy show, travel, skiing, and music.
