The gulf facing private pool is among BooTiki’s most popular features and can be heated for an additional cost. Enjoy a swim any time of day! Step right into the foyer and conveniently access an elevator that services all floors. BooTiki is pet friendly, with an additional Pet Fee, so bringing the “fur babies” makes this home even more perfect for your family adventure. You'll also love that all of the balconies on the home are screened! This home was specifically designed for wheel chair accessibility on all levels! Comfort, cleanliness and fun are our priorities at BooTiki House.

Best beach stay for our family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The proximity to the beach alone would warrant a 10 out 10! But the home is spacious and very clean. The pool and outside shower were a large plus. Our small dog loved the house and beach at night. Finally, Britney and the Coastal Joe staff were extremely professional and attentive, bravo!

House was a perfect getaway for our 2 families and dogs. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Great location and views. Home was clean upon check in. The elevator definitely helped with the loading and unloading of items for our stay. The walk is super short to the beach and being on a cul-de-sac was a plus. Our only recommendation was the upstairs bunk room got a little warm being off the kitchen and the top floor. A portable fan would be great in there. But 10/10. Would completely rent again!

This property is worn out. Every towel rack was falling in the bathroom. Kitchen cupboards are cluttered with some of the most ridiculous items ever. The outside is terrible. The gate to the pool wouldn't close properly. The screen to the pool was torn. This was reported at the beginning of the stay but was never fixed. This enabled children easy access to the pool (not a good thing). There is no way this was up to code. The entire screened in area had torn screens and the closet with the pool/beach stuff looked like it had been hit by a tornado. The grill is worn out and terribly rusty (like tetnis shot rusty). No investment in this property is being made to keep it updated.

This home is regularly maintained and updated, and many guests continue to enjoy their stays here, as reflected in the numerous positive reviews the property has received over the years. While normal wear can occur in a popular vacation rental, we consistently invest in maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure the home remains comfortable and enjoyable for our guests. Regarding the pool enclosure and gate, we take safety concerns very seriously. Any reported maintenance issues are reviewed and addressed as quickly as possible. We have since inspected the areas you mentioned and taken appropriate action where needed. As for the kitchen contents and storage areas, these are stocked with a wide variety of items intended to accommodate the needs of different guests. While not every item may be useful to every visitor, many guests appreciate having additional supplies and equipment available during their stay. We appreciate all guest feedback, but we also believe it is important for future guests to know that this home continues to be a well-loved and frequently booked vacation property. We remain committed to maintaining and improving the home for everyone who stays with us.

We stayed at the end of the summer season so the weather was perfect! The beach is quite really across the cul-de-sac that BooTiki is located on. It was well appointed with furniture and enough beds and bathrooms. The pool was amazing

We had a great vacation with our family at Boo Tikki. The location, pool, and beach access is great. The house is very nice and a good value but needs a few things done before we would book it again. There are no dressers in the bedrooms. I assume this was intentional because there are plenty of fold out suitcase stands so you can live out of your suitcase all week :(. It has a nice screen porch off the pool but it’s vertically unusable because several screens have come loose, the screen door handles don’t work and there are only two plastics chairs. It does have a small TV on the wall. This would be an awesome space if it had a bigger TV, four nice chairs and a picnic table for the kids to eat lunch on by the pool where they spent most of their time. I’m Hoping the owner of the house reads this and makes some improvements because this house could be a 5 star accommodation. I would have already booked next year if not for the items mentioned above. The only other thing you should be aware of is the 4th bedroom is more like a walk-in closet with bunkbeds and no closet. It was fine for our 2 grandsons. Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals was a great host. Very friendly and responsive. We asked them to turn on the pool heater and they had it done within a couple of hours. They checked in several time during the week to see if we needed anything. The checkin and checkout process was quick and easy.

The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I had considered bringing a mattress pad based on previous reviews, but it turned out not to be necessary.The elevator made it easy to move between floors, which was especially convenient. We also opted to have the pool heated due to unpredictable weather, though we ultimately didn’t need it.The kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to prepare several meals, including a wonderful Easter dinner. Customer service was excellent—I had a number of questions, and each one was answered promptly and thoroughly.We especially enjoyed getting fresh seafood from St. Joe Shrimp Company and Skully’s. While there were several great restaurants in St. Joe, we only choose to go into town to dine out once.In conclusion, our trip to Boo-tiki was a wonderful experience and a perfect opportunity to spend quality time with three generations of our family while creating lasting memories together.

The biggest highlight was the location, being so close to the beach made everything incredibly convenient and added a lot to our experience. It was easy to go back and forth throughout the day, which we really appreciated.The home itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It’s a great spot for a beach getaway and we made some wonderful memories here.There were just a few issues worth noting. The elevator stopped working after the first day, which made things a bit challenging, especially when bringing groceries up and down and managing a senior dog over three flights of stairs. The standalone shower on the second floor also had a clogged drain, so water would pool while showering. Additionally, one of the master bedroom mattresses wasn’t very comfortable and could probably use an upgrade. Lastly, the Roku in the second master bedroom wasn’t functioning during our stay.Even with those minor inconveniences, we still had a very enjoyable trip and would consider staying here again, especially because of the unbeatable beach access.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that were unexpected and, if I knew beforehand, would have impacted my choice of property when booking our stay. - The property needs new beds. - We found several bugs/roaches in the house during our stay. - There was just 1 roll of TP in the entire house when we arrived, as well as just 1 roll of paper towels and no cleaning supplies or soap.- A/C thermostat is regulated and we were going to bed at 10pm with the house temp at 79 upstairs and 75 downstairs.

Wonderful!

The check in process was a bit confusing. I was given a packet with the wrong address, and no directions. This was straightforward out within 1/2 hour, and it was worth it. Super location, beautiful beach, nice pool, overall, everything was top notch. Grill was broken, and minimal supplies, but I knew about the supplies going into the vacation. Thanks for a great week, I hope to be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Boo Tiki is a spacious 4 bedroom home in a perfect location. It’s one row away from the beach so you can still see the water and it’s just a few steps to the gulf. Short walk to the trading post and cape coffee and ice cream. The house itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern and we particularly liked the huge master shower. We really enjoyed the pool and the fenced yard for our dog. There were a few downsides to the property however. The biggest problem were the mattresses. Both mattresses in the two king rooms were awful to sleep on. Hard as a rock. My husband and I woke up everyday with sore muscles because of this and we are only in our late 30’s so not something that typically bothers us day to day. The next problem was that there were no dressers in any of the rooms. We stayed there two weeks and had to mostly live out of our suitcases. There were closets but not many hangers. We prefer to unpack our clothes when we stay places so this was an inconvenience for us but may not bother some people if they like digging through their suitcase every time they get dressed. Another thing is that while the kitchen itself is wonderful, the cookware needs to be updated badly and needs more cooking utensils. Oddly there were an abundance of baking supplies but a lack of everyday cookware. Teflon peeling pans, no matching lids, etc... Also be warned that there are A LOT of stairs. There was an elevator however which made carrying bags and groceries up and down but just be aware if you have someone with mobility issues. All that said, we had a great family vacation. We have been coming to the cape for 10 years and Coastal Joe reality is the best rental company we have encountered. They are great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again in the future. We probably won’t stay at BooTiki again in the future though just because of the mattress and dresser situation. This property would b

Beautiful Paradise in the Boo Tiki

The only negative is a power junction that partially blocks that beach access. We definitely want to stay again.
