About this space
Fully furnished large 3 Bedroom 2 bath secure condo in the Warehouse/Arts district with sweeping panoramic views of downtown New Orleans.

Condo is perfect for couples, families, convention attendees, football fans and large groups. Unit is in walking distance of most of New Orleans best attractions and is only a short walk from the New Orleans Superdome and Smoothie King Arena.

The space
Furnished Luxury Condo in the popular Warehouse/Arts district.

Fully furnished, luxury Condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 4th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10.

Unit is a bright and sunny 3 bedroom, 2 full bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city.

In addition to the three full bedrooms, the unit is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper.

Very cool apartment & location. We went to the WW2 museum, walked to the end of Bourbon and took the trolley through the Garden District all in one day. Terrific restaurant next door and a full grocery store down the street. Parking was secure and the owner is responsive. Great for a family of 4 and we would definitely stay again

This property served our families needs for a wedding in warehouse district. Close to all activities. We needed to add an extra day on the front end to accommodate rehearsal dinner and property manager was helpful. Overall, it could use a bit of a deep clean/ refresh, but the size and location overcame that.

Safe, clean, and beautiful view

We only stayed one night with our family of 8 as a stop on our vacation route, but it felt extremely safe in downtown, was easy to access, and very clean. The gorgeous night time views of the city also made it memorable!

Great location, great neighborhood. Safe, easy to get in and out. Parking was included. One block away from a fully stocked grocery store. Condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

The house is in very good condition and the host is very responsive. I was traveling internationally for a conference in New Orleans, and the host was able to answer my questions on a very timely manner. I highly suggest this property.

This property is large and allowed our family to have some space during our stay. We traveled as a family - two adults and two teens and this property fit our needs perfectly. It is conveniently located near a streetcar line and about a 15min walk to the quarter. The property offers secure entry and secure, off-street parking, which was a huge plus. The property is in an urban area, so a white noise app does wonders to drown out some of the street noise. The shades are more light filtering than blackout, so I recommend a sleep mask if you are light sensitive. The host was very communicative and provided clear check-in instructions. We had no issues accessing the property during our stay.

Girls night

This condo was perfect for a group of 8 girls. So much space and a bed for everyone. We felt like the location was very safe and the condo came with private parking which was nice. We would definitely stay here again! Great AC and comfortable beds also!

Would stay again!

We just stayed two nights but we enjoyed it! The place was nice and roomy. It was a great location. The grocery store is down the street, near great restaurants, (Juan’s flying burrito) and proximity to the trolley that will take you all around Nolo. It is an old building so the noise at night was a little loud, but we got used to it after the first night, but the beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. We wish our trip to New Orleans was longer just to have stayed at this rental longer. We stayed 2 nights only.We were a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers). Communication with host Jason was great. Timely replies and notifications. Check in process was smooth, and host was very accommodating to our late arrival. Check out process was easy.Property is in urban, downtown area and was secure. Parking in a fenced and key-accessible area was reassuring. In fact, it was the deciding factor for why this place was chosen over others, as street parking is not easy in New Orleans sometimes. Building is only accessible with key fob (or being "buzzed in" as that was the check in process) and key fob was needed to operate the elevator too. The views from the apartment and the natural lighting during the day were things that made us appreciate this space. Beds, linens and furniture in good condition. Space suited us well, plenty of seating and good size table. Kitchen had lots of cookware.Location offered many walkable places to eat and looked close to Superdome also. French quarter is short drive. When looking for places in New Orleans, we will definitely keep this place on the list.

Property in a great location, a lot of character in an older building. Being downtown and in an older building very noisy at night also able to hear people above.

Very cool space in an excellent location with 2 car parking

Roomy, bright and well equipped. The classic timber loft does transmit sound up and down somewhat, but we didn't find it disturbing. 2 car parking is a real bonus

It was easy to communicate with Jason, who was gracious and allowed an early checkin. It was great to have secure onsite parking for the car and building access was secure as well The condo was extremely clean and modern and everything operated well. Excellent views of the city. The arrival and departure instructions were simple.Would definitely stay again.

PERFECT place for a first-time NOLA visit for my 2 teen nephews!! The condo location is a 10-12 minute walk from the French Quarter and the WWII Museum, the main stops on our itinerary. Parking is easy and close to the building entrance. Check in and check out were clear and well communicated. We loved being able to make an easy dinner (purchased from Rouses Market, a short 4 minute walk from the condo) and spend the evening together after exploring all day. The windows and view of the city make you feel like you're still living the NOLA experience while being inside with your feet up. There was an appropriate allocation of towels and kitchen necessities for our party of 4. After relaxing evenings, we slept well! The beds are comfortable, and the bedding feels like a luxury hotel. I don't get to visit the city as often as I would like, but I would definitely stay here again on my next trip. HUGE thank you to our host, Jason, for letting us know one nephew left his wallet behind and going out of his way to ship it back to Illinois for the dear, forgetful boy.

Great for a quick stay

Visited with friends for the tail end of a girls' trip. Everything was great. Be aware that if the people above you arent considerate you will hear tons of footsteps. Especially if they have kids.

Weekend Stay In New Orleans

Jason’s property in New Orleans was great for our group.He was accommodating for our early check-in and the property was easy to access. The apartment was clean and with a great floor plan. The furniture was comfortable and the apartment was walkable to all of downtown and the French Quarter. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend in the city. Very easy walk to the Smoothie Ling Center and the Superdome.Thanks Jason!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The building has a lot of original details (gorgeous hardwood floors and huge beams), so the windows don't provide much insulation, but those original windows were part of the charm for us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 6. We were close to Canal and Bourbon Streets, the WWII museum, and the St. Charles streetcar stop, so we walked a lot. We also walked to Jackson Square, but that may be a bit far for some. Light sensitive sleepers should be aware that it is bright at night, even with the shades down, just due to the city lights.

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our family vacation! The rooms were all very large, bedrooms were comfortable, large comfy couch in living room and bathrooms were stocked with necessities. The large windows with city views, gorgeous old wood floors and high ceilings were extraordinary! All the amenities you would need are included, good restaurants close by, grocery, drug stores and close trolley stop to French Quarter and Garden District. National WWII Museum is very close and we also walked to French Quarter quite a bit, only about 20 minute walk. The host was accommodating and answered questions promptly. Allowed us a slightly earlier check in and it was very easy to access the apartment through the bottom floor lobby of law firm building. Highly recommend this apartment if you want to be close to all the sites of New Orleans, but not stay in the middle of the French Quarter.
