Second time staying at this property with young kids, adults, and grandparents. We had a lovely time despite some inclement weather. Host was easy to communicate with, check in and check out were easy, and property and location are great.
We had a fabulous week at this rental. The house is just lovely. It was very spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere, including the beach, the ocean wall, restaurants and shops. We look forward to renting this beautiful beach house again!
Thank you Cindy.
This winter, I will be making some renovations to the furniture, repainting the bedrooms, installing a new dishwasher etc.
I also plan to renovate the upstairs bedroom and have a min-split air conditioner installed in that room.
Hope you continue to return.
Paula
We had a great time at this house! Beautiful, well maintained property. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with bathtub made this an exceptionally easy place to stay with kids. Would book again in a heart beat.

Thank you for leaving a great review. We work hard to maintain the house in the very best condition, and to see that it is fully supplied. It’s proximity to the beautiful town beach and many restaurants of all types and price ranges is an enjoyable asset.
We look forward to seeing you again!

Thanks for the review. Glad you enjoyed your stay & made good use of my great location.
Outstanding house, convenient to beach, restaurants!
Our second year staying here was delightful. The house is super comfortable with an open plan, many amenities and pretty yard. We walked to Narragansett Pier Beach every day and enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants or took a short ride to others. Good for families or couple. This house is welcoming as is the lovely host. My husband and I can't wait to return. Heidi

Hi Heidi,
Thank you for taking time to write a such a wonderful review.
I am delighted that you and your husband returned for another stay, and look forward to your next stay.

The house is adorable, it was well equipped and clean. EXCELLENT location! While we were informed that it was walking distance to the beach (in order to avoid the hassle of parking), we did not know there was a walk on fee at Narragansett of $10 a person! This is not the owners fault, of course, but we didn’t know. I would never have been able to afford a family of 4 walking on the beach every day for 7 days. It’s worth noting.

Karen, Thank you for your kind words about my house. And thank you also for bringing up the Narragansett beach fees. That is a topic I bring up during my firsst conversation with a tenant after they book. Since I erroneously didn't bring it up with you, please accept my apologies. I will contact you regarding this matter, so this issue will already be resolved in the future.
Glad we got the beach pass issue resolved, Karen. Thanks for letting me know that you will be booking at our house again next summer.

Great location, house needs work
The house is in a great location-walkable to shore & town. However, the house & furnishings need a major facelift-very outdated feel. House also wasn't very clean--lots of personal effects in drawers, dirty clothing found under dryer. Mattresses seemed old. The garbage also had not been picked up in over a week(s)?--it was attracting flies, birds & rabbits. We reported the problem to the owner but she told us she was out of the country, and didn't seem to have a property manager onsite to immediately take care of the problem. There was also a very large bee/hornet nest on the side of the house that was worrisome.
All in all, the house has some potential given its location, but needs some major updates. I definitely feel like we were way overcharged given the condition of the house.

Great location but very old furniture
The location is great! About a mile walk to beach. Newer kitchen( but why no knobs on cabinets?) and newt bsthrooms a plus. The master bed was broken. Leg was broken so bed leaned down and to
The side. Needed to adjust it with.books do it was level. The house was cleaned but drawers were dusty and musty inside ftom age. We didn't put any of our clothes in drawers. Furniture was from early 1920s. Furniture very old. We had to put sheets over the family room furniture and sunroom furniture as it was very old and stained. We found dirty dishes- dirty coffee cup , knives, pots and pans. This may not be due to owners but prior guests? Maybe institute an on site check to be sure all is in good shape for guests. I also had to call vrbo the Friday pm before Saturday check in as I had not heard from owner how to get in. This was really upsetting as I was also
Working at the time and had to chase this down. Definitely done new furniture, beds, and a thorough cleaning of all dishes, pots and pans eoukd have improved our experience.
Was our gguess. Lots of wear and tear

Thank you for your constructive criticism.
I have already made plans to replace some of the furniture.
I have several renovation projects in mind, for example:
All bedrooms will be repainted this winter as well as the sun porch.
The upstairs bedroom will get a complete renovation including a new mini-split air conditioner. That room will also get new mattresses and box springs .
A new dishwasher will be installed
In addition, I have hired a new cleaning service.
I would thank all my repeat guests who have already booked for next summer and I hope they enjoy the renovations and upgrades that this winter will bring.
Great location and perfect house for the week. Paula was a great host and even had Amazon deliver some crackers for our lobster dinner when we arrived.
Oh my gosh! This house is absolutely gorgeous!! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a relaxing sun room! I absolutely loved the "old" feel to all while being up to date. We would definitely stay here again
We enjoyed this beautiful home and it’s location. It is walking distance to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. The family room is welcoming and the glass sun room is a joy. Many restaurants are in easy reach for dine in or take out. The owner was gracious. We couldn’t have been happier.
