I rented this house for my sister’s bachelorette trip and it was perfect. She had the best time and everyone who stayed there felt the same. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we had everything we needed. The house was extremely clean. The host was always reachable and responded with any questions promptly. I especially enjoyed having the bikes available to ride to the store, coffee shops, and the beach. Overall, this property was the best experience I have had with renting.

The view was beautiful and the home was very clean. We appreciated they had plenty of towels and enough necessities (garbage bags and toilet paper) for our short stay. The AC worked well. The main master is very nice but the rest of the house feels more dated (though appliances seem newer). The beds were very comfortable.

The house was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub probably got the most attention. The pool temp setting was good for the weather we had. We sure appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage. Having a bathroom at each bedroom was also very nice. Marlene our Host did an excellent job quickly answering and questions we had. We would definitely stay at the Hemingway House again.

The property was exceptional! We had 8 girls very comfortably at the home. Marlene the host was so kind and welcoming, making sure all was going well. Marco Island is a beautiful island surrounded by the ocean. In winter you spend all day long outside enjoying the white sandy beaches, which are only five minutes away or go for a bicycle ride exploring the island.The landscape everywhere is very tropical and lush, very pleasing to the eye.

The house is at the north side of the island, away from the big main traffic area.
You can walk to smaller restaurants and a Starbucks coffee house is not too far away.
