The winter months are best spent at the Winter Park Resort and nearby tubing hills. During the summer, enjoy mountain biking, golfing at Pole Creek Golf Club and hiking at the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The West Entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful, 45 minute drive away.
Decorated with comfort in mind, the interior of the condo boasts an open-concept layout and modern amenities. The living room is composed of leather sofas and a smart TV. When extra warmth is needed, flip on the dual-sided gas fireplace. When you aren't indulging in one of Fraser's local restaurants, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite feasts. Dining is made a breeze at the expansive dining table. The connected garage allows for easy luggage unloading and no scraping ice off your car!
This condo provides a tankless water heater with plenty of hot water for all, as well as a private washer/dryer. There is a jacuzzi tub in the primary bath, and soft linens in both bedrooms invite you to a good night's rest.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This unit is an awesome place for the summer. We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that we did not have a view of the lake. The management company is very responsive to any need you may have.

Spacious and Conveniently Located
getting to the Lift Bus and Safeway was easy. The garage had a sled which was useful and a humidifier in the master bedroom made our stay more comfortable.
Enjoyed the condo, beds were comfortable (sleep number in the master was a plus). Recliner couches made for a relaxing evening. Extra blankets were available, but not needed as condo maintained the temps at 68 - 70 degrees. Spacious bathrooms, kitchen appliances are all new. Nice new dishes, and plenty of silverware. Would definitely rebook for next year. Garage access was a bonus.

Nice, but not 5 stars
Very nice place with lots of room and clean. Few minor things noted.... biggest one being A/C was not working. Master bed needs fitted sheet that actually fits. Master shower body wash container in shower was empty. And not ready for almost 2 hours after check in time.

We also reviewed the bed sizes and sheets, but have not identified any issues so far. Please note that this home does not have A/C listed as an amenity. Mountain Vista
Well stocked kitchen. Living room space and furniture was excellent. Dining table and chairs were superb and offered sufficient chairs to accommodate available bed spaces.
Real nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a garage to park one car.
The gas fireplace was very nice as well, but we recommend not turning it on close to bedtime, as it keeps the furnace from heating the upstairs bedrooms.
We would not recommend using the jetted tub as water stays in the jet lines after draining and was somewhat dirty as a result.
The on demand hot water was great and the washer/dryer worked perfectly.
The bedding was just ok. The bunk bed mattresses were not sufficient for an adult and the sleep number mattress can be ok if both people sleep near the same firmness.
There were plenty of extra blankets and the closets were stocked with hangers - nice touches.
