Kaylee's Cottage outside Springfield Missouri near fairgrounds and nature trail
The house is located in a small, quiet neighborhood and set on a ½ acres lot by itself. There is no thru street in the neighborhood, so traffic is very light, There is a park within walking distance (approx. ⅓ mile) that has a walking/biking trail for public use, The property location is approx. a mile and a half outside city limits, but only 5 mins drive access to major highways and restaurants.
