Spanish colonial home walking distance to Missouri State University and close to downtown is located in the lovely Roundtree Neighborhood. This spacious older home has 4 generous sized bedrooms, 2 baths and great spaces to relax, remote work, or be a base for fun in the queen city.
The space
This is a Spanish Colonial style home with lots of character, yet modern conveniences. The rooms are light and airy, with 5 star comfort bedding throughout.
We often stay in this house ourselves and we think you will love it as much as we do!

Property was just as detailed in the listing. However, when we arrived on Friday night, the family that was due to check in on Saturday was already in the home. They were very nice, realized their mistake in the check in time and proceeded to leave for a hotel. They had already taken showers and had friends over by the time we arrived. This could’ve been a much bigger problem and a safety issue had they been a different group of people.

The mission stay.

The managers really thought of everything each room had something thoughtful that you might need for a stay away from home. This house is so charming cozy, antique, with modern touches an absolutly comfortable stay for a large family like ours.

The basement was musty smelling when we arrived (it had been raining that weekend but the air purifier was off when we arrived). The bedroom off the dining room is a glass door and didn’t have a curtain, so privacy in that room was minimal. Parking was confusing as the street has signs saying permits are required, but we didn’t have any. Overall, it was very clean! For what we needed however, we wished a few things were a bit better.
