Welcome to Kaha Lani Unit #326, your perfect oceanfront retreat in Wailua, Kauai. Nestled on the top (3rd) floor, this charming 739 square ft. 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers breathtaking views and direct access to sandy beaches. Please note, it's a 28-step walk-up (no elevator). Accommodates up to 3 guests, including children and infants. As of September 27, 2025, the day bed has been removed and replaced with two swivel armchairs. Updated photos coming soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best spot there is on the island and probably the best unit there is at Kaha lani. You’re going to be able to get anywhere you want on the island easily while staying here. Don’t worry about no air conditioning because you need to experience the full island style life. The windows open in the unit give you an amazing cross breeze better than any ac could ever do and it’s ocean air!! This place is da best!!

Great stay. Condo was as advertised. Beautiful setting and quiet. The outside stairs (28 steps!) were a bit difficult at first with luggage, but we got used to them.

Great Location

Nicely located property with great ocean front views. The place needs some tender loving care as lots of rusty appliances and other accoutrements. Also, the owner could add beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to further enjoy their stay. All that said I would stay again due to perfect location.

Aloha Kirk, Thanks so much for your feedback! Being right on the oceanfront means we’re fortunate to enjoy beautiful oceanfront views and breezes but it also brings some wear from the salty air. A new dishwasher is scheduled to be installed this week as well as minor touch ups to address a few small, rusted areas. We’ve also provided new beach chairs! Boogie boards aren’t a standard amenity due to liability, but local shops nearby have them for rent. Peaceful location, spectacular view

Beautifully maintained condo complex in quiet, private location yet close to everything. Lovely unit with all amenities except AC but ocean breezes are great. Miles of open oceanfront to stroll, nice swimming pool, nearby snorkel park, close to any attractions.

Garden Isle Piece of Heaven

Great, centralized location to all of Kauai’s visitor attractions. Beautiful sunrises to start the day, close to great beaches, shopping, and food options. Will be coming back soon….

This property had everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable condo with a beautiful view. Also had beach towels, chairs, umbrella and ice chest. Loved our stay.

Amazing View & Location

This unit had one of the best views in the complex and a great breeze off the water. We loved walking on the deserted beach in front of the condos and venturing down the way to the ocean swimming area in the park next door. It was an easy walk and the beach and grounds were super clean! We also liked being so close to everything. The tiki bar just past the swimming hole was a great place to grab drinks and food while taking in the scenery. The central location of the condo made it so easy to explore the whole island. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place To Crash

We loved our stay here. The condo was spotless. Wonderfully quiet. Just the sound of waves and island roosters. Our view out the patio was all ocean and palm trees. Very close to anything you need but not a crowded neighborhood. Wonderful beach right out your door. The roads are crowded when getting places, but just give yourself a bit of extra time and all will be well. Working with the property manager was effortless. Got us a new toaster in a couple hours! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay here!! The view was beautiful and it was a great location in terms of getting to the south and the west easily. It was also nice to be close to the airport for day of departure. Just a heads up - there is NO AC. Which turned out to be totally fine for us. We were a little worried, but with the windows, fans and ocean breeze, it was cool enough for us. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We spent a lot of time on the lanai and couldn't have been happier there! Our only complaint was the roosters crowing at all hours, but it didn't take too much away from the perfection of our stay.
