Come enjoy a vacation oasis at this oceanfront Sea Isles condo with private elevator! This condo has been updated throughout with coastal furniture and accents to enhance your stay. Sea Isles Villas has minimal neighbors, stunning views and a heated pool. The private elevator is an added bonus with private keyed access to your patio door, especially convenient for loading groceries or beach gear to and from the condo.

Location Features:
Indian Rocks is a quaint beach town with a casual sleepy beach town feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby.

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians

Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use private elevator to access level 1 above parking garage. Please note you must first climb 2 flights of stairs in order to check in and access the private elevator.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great week staying in this beautiful condo with an amazing view. It is updated and very clean. It included everything we could think of for the kitchen and the beach! We will definitely be back!

Great location

The condo had plenty of room and was close to restaurants and more importantly the beach. It was very convenient and the lanai was perfect to enjoy the views of the ocean. We even saw dolphins a few mornings.

Wonderful location

This is our second year staying in this complex, but the first staying in this condo. Very clean, bright, and comfortable. And you can’t beat the view! It’s a very short walk to the beach and the pool is so nice to cool off in. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family getaway!

We loved our stay! The unit was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We would 100% stay here again. The only thing I'll do different next time is bring my own pillow, but we were pleasantly surprised that the beds were more comfortable than most VRBOs we've stayed at. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants for several dinners and a nice cafe a short walk down the beach as well. The beach gear was perfect for the kids and adults. Highly recommend!

Great condo and beach

Would definitely book this condo again. It was clean and perfect space for our family. The beach and pool are so close, hardly a walk at all to access. The area and beach were peaceful and beautiful. We saw dolphins one morning. We also loved there were several restaurants within walking distance. Guppy’s and Beach Waves Grill are excellent. If going to IRB, this is a great choice.

We have stayed here many times and love this condo. It’s clean, beautiful view and so comfortable with modern amenities. Unfortunately this stay, we were only able to enjoy 1/2 our stay before we had to evacuate due to Helene. Praying for all impacted by this devastating hurricane. We plan to return. This is our vacation go to condo!! Hello Sunshine was very good at keeping us informed throughout the process from beginning to end☺️

Exquisite sunsets from balcony

My husband & I enjoyed our week at the condo directly on the beach. Every night we watched the sunset from the balcony. The elevator makes taking all of your belonging to the beach so convenient. The condo amenities were very nice.

Great Family Condo!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children - 9, 6 and 4) loved our recent stay at IRB. Check-in was easy and our condo was very clean when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was stocked with many of the essentials we needed for our trip - laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, etc. The queen/twin bed combo in the second bedroom worked perfectly for our family - all my kids easily shared a room without a problem. My favorite part was watching the spectacular sunsets from the balcony!

7 Day Stay over Christmas

Jen and Eric's condo at Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) was a perfect location for my wife and two teenage boys to stay for a week over Christmas. The property is right on the beach which was perfect for all beach-related activities. There are ample restaurants and bars within short walks/drives. Everything in the condo was as described in the VRBO listing. Communication with Eric and Jen through the app and email was prompt and answered all our questions. Highly recommended if you're looking for a Florida beach getaway.

Indian Rocks Beach Condo

The condo is beautiful and immaculate! It is also well stocked which meant a lot to us. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and salt and pepper and unopened butter.Things you can sometimes forget at the Grocery store. Our vacation was cut short because of the hurricane but we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was clean. Beds , linens very nice. We slept very well. WiFi not good. Every time we went into bedroom with our phones the WiFi unusable. There should be a fulll length mirror in the condo. I’m short and could not see my whole body in the bathroom mirrors. We enjoyed our stay in the condo so much that we booked 2 weeks in March 2025

Simply wonderful

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Views for days! Unit was super clean with so many small details to make for a terrific stay. (Don’t buy anything until you see what’s already in the unit - we ended up returning a lot of things we normally have to buy!) Plenty of beach towels and chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys. Updated furniture and tasteful beach decor. Common areas kept very clean, pool was perfect. Only negative is we heard easily hear the upstairs neighbors (they had little kids who ran EVERYWHERE) but owner even had small noise machines and fans to help with this. Owner was really pleasant and responsive and clearly cares about her guests. Overall a great unit in a great location!

IRB family trip

Loved the location of the property, proximity to the beach and having a small complex. Amazing supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, inflatables and sand toys. I will say that the bedding and towels need some love. They weren’t visibly dirty, but they certainly weren’t fresh. I kissed my 7 year old’s cheek when he woke up and I could smell the stale sheets/quilt on his face. I ended up spraying my perfume on the beds. The sheets in the guest bedroom were discolored/stained making them appear dirty. The bath towels had the same smell and it would be beneficial to have had more than 6 for 5 people. The Wi-Fi was basically non existent in the biggest bedroom which was the furthest from the living room.

Best location!!

* Cleanliness: extremely clean upon arrival. We loved that they left a vacuum accessible for spot cleaning after beach visits. 
* Location: within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Guppy’s, Coco’s Crush Bar, Keegan’s, and Pajanos pizza (best pizza ever!) Seemed very safe. Lots of police cars parked along the roads and cross walks with flashing lights. 
* Communication with host: host responded immediately to every question that I had. 
* Amenities: Well-equipped kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, cups (even margarita glasses), and coffee pot. Tons of starter supplies on hand. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper town, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, and dish soap.
* Overall experience: Overall experience was 10/10. We loved seeing the dolphins every day from the balcony. The beach was amazing. Flour like sand with tons of shells to find. The ocean was clean… but very cold (late December trip). The condo was bright and very clean. Parking was a little scary with a large vehicle (and someone did park in our spot the first two days, which was not a big deal since the visitor parking is very close and easier to get in and out of). The only complaint we could think of is how much we could hear the neighbors above us. But we have lived condo life before, so the neighbors walking around didn’t bother us too much. I also forgot to mention the elevator was broken during the entire week we stayed, but was in the process of being fixed. - would stay again

Wonderful Condo at Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Eric's condo. From the time of booking there was excellent communication, and during our stay they checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and were very responsive when we reached out with questions. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk to the beach. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys so that we didn't have to bring our own along. The kitchen is well stocked with what we needed to cook our meals so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Overall this was a wonderful stay and we would recommend this condo to others!

Great Condo

The condo is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The views were fantastic. The owners have beach things there to use which was much appreciated. Having the pool there also we loved. The owners are highly communicative and spell everything out clearly which was very helpful. The elevator to our balcony was awesome. The only thing, which we didn’t find a big deal at all, is people walking on the floor above us. You can hear the footsteps. So if that sort of thing bothers you. This was one of my favorite beach places we have stayed at.
