Perfect girls weekend

2 streets away from Virginia Beach and boardwalk

The condominium is very close to the beach, maybe less than 10min walk, nice area with plenty of restaurants. The place has all you need, all kinds of pots and pans and plates, you won't miss anything you need to cook a meal, has salt and pepper too:) walmart is 10min away via car. It's relatively small place but enough for our family of 4 ,the bunk bed was nice. King bed/ bathroom in a seperate room open directly to a community pool and could be noisy and dark since we left the shades down all the time which was the only thing I didn't like but it is mentioned in the discription and could be a plus for those who like to step out of the beadroom to have a swim. Has trashbags but bring your own laundry and dishwasher pods. Dishwasher was challenging to start but I don't know what we did to have it work:) thats on us though lol but cleans wonderfully! I think there is 5 or 6 sets of towels, the place is clean , the beds are comfy, I wish we had brighter lights in the rooms since we had to keep the drapes closed for privecy. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Nice spot to relax

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. The master bedroom had sliding glass doors that opened to the pool. The kitchen was up to date and had all necessary dishes to make a meal. I would recommend this condo to friends and family in the future. We locked ourselves out at one point they ran right over to help us get back in. Excellent service!

A little disappointed

We have been using vrbo for many years, usually in Hawaii. The owner had 3 tv's. Only 2 were hooked up and the other 2 only received 4 channels. Couldn't even get the news. The management reached out to the owner as we asked for some type of credit, but was denied. The Kreuig also did not work. If the owner would have compensated us for the tv situation, we would have felt better about the integrity. I would not recommend this particular unit when the owner won't work with their renters. Anchor realty was wonderful##

Perfect for everyone

The location was close to every possible need a family or gathering of friends would need or want. We had an initial small problem at rental that was taken care of within an hour of contacting the Property Management. Oh, and if you like to relax around the pool.....This is the Place...

Reviewer Comments: I was initially skeptical being 2 blocks from the broad walk but that was compensated by the convenience of the shopping stores within walking distance. We had a great time, the place was ready with all the basic supplies, and the kitchen was very well equipped which enticed me tobcook that I seldomly do even at home. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice size condo for the 6 of us. Just 2 blocks from the beach so you don't pay beach front prices. Sofa bed could use replacing. Anchor Realty personnel were very friendly and helpful. Missing bed sheet was delivered in less than one hour. Condo is in need of someplace to hang up clothing. Maybe hooks on the back side of the doors. Many restaurants close by with good food.

Not happy with Beach Condo #102

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although location was prime, and building decent, the actual condo left a lot to be desired. Microwave malfunctioned, sofa bed was broken, balcony was beyond filthy, not enough lighting, light in main bathroom would go out when it became hot; I could go on...A cheap motel would have been cleaner and more satisfactory than this property. I won't stay there again and I definitely don't recommend it.

Just OK

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building itself was ok, nothing special. Our condo was nice, again nothing special. The beds were not very comfortable at all, and were very noisy every time we moved. The sofa was terrible!! (Note to the owner: throw it out! Go find a sofa off the street; it would be in better shape.) The cushions are so flat they are below the front of the frame. The rest of the condo was nice; kitchen was small but clean and modern. The location of the condo to the beach was nice, about 2 1/2 blocks, however crossing the street were a little challenging at times, there are no lights, just cross walks, but no one stops for pedestrians. The indoor bike rack was nice extra, but a bit over crowed. There were three spots left, just enough room for our three bikes. Overall, we had a good time in VAB, enjoyed the boardwalk, beach and many of the restaurants.

Dresser in guest bedroom had two broken drawers therefore could not be used. We did manage to adjust to these issues. Ally and Scott were always very nice and helpful. Overall, would recommend!

King bed was hard, but property was clean and had everything we needed. Walk to the beach wasn't far, but had to cross two roads (not at a light). Cars go fast and had to be careful with kids crossing. Close enough to walk to grocery store, restaurants, and mini golf.

The fact that we had private access to the pool was a PLUS!! The only concern was that the sofa sleeper mattress was very uncomfortable and we could not use it. Everything else was great!!!

While I only had 5 it was diffucult enough to cook for us in the cookware that was available. Shoes stolen from balcony that faced the street.Didn't feel safe. Not worth the money I paid.

Not the best place to Stay

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpept was filthy! Dirty plungers in the bathrooms and mold on the shower curtains. The couches were dirty. The door to the AC unit was disgusting obviously not cleaned for a long period of time! The beds were uncomfortable. The king size bed support was bent leaving no support which made you feel like you were sleeping in a hole. For the price it was not worth it. The location was nice. If I was on spring break with a bunch of friends, I probably wouldn't have minded the conditions but I was with family.

It worked very well for our group of females of various ages. Loved that we had two bathrooms and the place was easy to clean and so easy to access the beach and the fun of the beach shops. Only complaint was that the king size bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

The condition could be much better, carpets are stained beds are very uncomfortable. The bed in the main bedroom sagged in the middle, made you feel like you were falling into the center. Overall not happy with the condition of the property for the price you pay.

Great that we could walk out to the pool, however the sliding door that led out to the pool from the master bedroom had blinds and curtains that were not wide enough to allow for complete privacy & anyone in the pool area could see partially into our room.
