We loved staying here for our trip to GOTL. The location was perfect. Very close to the strip. We walked to most places we wanted to go in under 10 minutes. Having the driveway for parking was very nice. We didn’t utilize the outside space very much, but it was nice to know we had access to the fire pit and outside table. The place fit our stay for our family of 3 very nicely.

Property was perfect for my husband, 2 friends and me. Lovely kitchen and spacious back yard. Rooms are small, but you’re out and about all day anyway so we didn’t mind it at all. Michael was super responsive. Excited to stay here again next summer!

The house was well equipped for cooking, grilling and making a fire in the fire pit. Everything was very clean and well organized. This is a super convenient location to the strip with a parking pad on a quiet street. The host was very responsive and we experienced no issues at all. We would definitely rent this house again!

Quaint cottage, great location

Excellent location, just a minute walk from the strip. Small but comfortable cottage, nice fenced in backyard with fire pit. A little pricey for the space but otherwise a terrific stay.

The host was very easy to communicate with which is why I am giving this property a somewhat decent review. He stated he was going to address the items I brought to his attention so hopefully he follows through. The house was a little musty and it was rather small. To the point that you can't put your luggage into the room you are staying in so we had one in the kitchen, one in the living room. Also it has low ceilings so if you are 6 foot or taller like myself, duck under the ceiling fans. We killed about 11 spiders during our stay on the inside, a little odd for not being in the woods, probably just needs a good prevention program. I wouldn't care much but our 1 year old doesn't need bit by a spider while she is sleeping. Washer is not usable in its current state and the shower curtain needs changed. I don't recommend using the towels... I think we left the property cleaner than we found it. Outdoor area is nice and inviting. And the location is nice if you want to be by the strip. We agreed that the bang for the buck was not there. Maybe once the property is cleaned up and the towels don't have stains on them it will be worth the cost.

Everything was great, only thing that could be improved is, if you could remind cleaning people to re-fill body wash and shampoo dispensers. Body wash was empty and shampoo was very close to empty. Otherwise, it was perfect!
