My family and I really enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend, and we would love to book again. House was very clean, very easy to check in to, host was very responsive, and king bed upstairs was very comfortable. The location was perfect and the views from the house were stunning! The host even left a bottle of wine from a local winery which was very generous. I couldn’t find a washer or dryer in the house, so something to think about for longer stays.

If you love the water, this is your place!

The location and the owner attention are the stars here. Literally right on the beach, a few steps to a beach playground, very short walk to the best restaurant in town - and the owner is responsive and helpful. Our family of 8 adults had plenty of room and enjoyed the view and the great room and water toys (kayaks and paddle boards).

Weekend stay

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and visited with grandchildren. Rental is as advertised, clean, right on beach, quiet area and with excellent check in and communication for any needs.

Family beach stay

We had a wonderful time at our stay. The upstairs was wonderful for all the teen cousins to stay together. We enjoyed the kayaks and location very much.

Great House for a Weekend on the Beach

Stayed at Soundview Beach House with three generations of family to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. Great location right on the beach and plenty to do in the area for all ages. House was great, hosts were the best, including bottle of wine on arrival. Highly recommended for family getaway.

Perfect short getaway on the beach!

Couldn't say enough positive's about this stay. The owner was very responsive from before it was even booked all the way through the stay and after. The house has a gorgeous view and it's cozy for a nice weekend away. We will definitely be back.

Our family of six adults had a delightful stay at Soundview Beach House. The ocean view was expansive. We had the beach to ourselves. The owners provided kayaks with life vests. The house was very comfortable, and the air conditioning maintained a pleasant temperature even on two excessively hot days. The SmartTV provided a nice place for us to sit and enjoy some movies. The kitchen and eating area were nicely appointed. I kept up with family laundry using the washer/dryer next to the garage. We had ample parking for our three cars. There is a superb restaurant within a short walking distance of the house. Nearby lavender farm, wineries, pick-your-own berry farms, and Tanger outlets were all within a short drive. We stayed for two weeks and returned home well-rested and happy. The owners/managers were very responsive to our questions during our stay. We would definitely book another trip to Soundview!

Beach bliss

The expansive Sound view and the exquisite tidal flats cannot be surpassed! Very relaxing, comfortable home. I especially appreciated the kayaks and paddleboard. Such a fun place for all ages! Very responsive host!

Overall beautiful property. Two of the beds were very comfy (but the other two were not). The communication was great with speedy replies. The only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Beautiful & peaceful

We had a wonderful long weekend here for our Babymoon. Having direct access to the beach was incredible, and we lucked out with a gorgeous weekend. Lots of walks along the water with the ease of being able to run inside for snacks/drinks/bathroom etc. There was plenty to do in area but we also enjoyed cooking meals at the house and sitting outside enjoying the water views. The upstairs bedroom with large window overlooking the waves was so serene! We would definitely come back here, we had a wonderful time!

Wading River beach housr

Beach house perfectly located on Creek Road with plenty of parking for guests. The house has a picturesque view from the front balcony perfect for morning coffee. Back deck has everything you need to entertain families and guests. Inside, the house is extremely clean and spacious. Great house for entertaining! I highly recommend this property on your next visit.

A beautiful waterfront home with private beach access, what more can you ask for? The check-in / check-out process was very easy and management was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall it's a 10/10!! We will be back again.

Beachfront paradise!

Had an amazing time at this place. The house itself is a dream - super comfy and stylish. The four bedrooms are spacious, and the top-level master suite is a knockout with those big windows showing off the awesome beach views. The house sits right on the sand, so you can't really go wrong there! The location is sweet, with vineyards and nature spots nearby. Plus, top-notch restaurants are just a hop away. But what really makes this place special is Debbie and Virginia's awesome hospitality. Five stars all around! We'll definitely be back!

Love the view

We loved the view. The house was comfortable and we could see the sound from the living room dining room kitchen upstairs bedroom and deck. Access to a private beach was wonderful even in the fall. The beds were comfortable but I am not sure the beds on the main floor were queen. I traveled with 7 women, many are large so we were glad no one had to share the beds on the main floor. Also not sure an outside shower constitutes a third bathroom. Other than that we loved the house and will return. If we have 10 we will make the skinny ones sleep together.

Quick Spring Break Getaway

We stayed at the Soundview Beach House for a few days as a mini-getaway during Spring Break. The location was the main draw as the house is situated right on the beach on the Sound. My two young boys love the beach, so they were beyond excited that it was right out the back door. We spent our days walking, collecting rocks, and looking for seaglass. The first day we were there, the water was crystal clear and the beach was pristine. Unfortunately, there was a huge storm that came through that caused beach erosion, flooding, and churned up the surf. We were even there for the earthquake! Even with crazy mother nature at play, the house was wonderful and the views never ceased to amaze us. The hosts couldn't have been more wonderful and communication was open and prompt. I would recommend this house to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Wonderful winter retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a mini family vacation (10 of us!) at this property for four nights in November 23 and it was perfect! The house was well equiped and comfortable. The beach and views were sensational. Added bonus that the dogs were able to join us. The communication with Debbie and team was great. When we arrived there was one small problem (lounge room couch was broken). A handyman arrived first thing next morning and was able to fix it. We had no further issues. Great location and fabulous house. Would definitely book here again.
