Main house features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sunroom, laundry, eat-in kitchen with large island and outdoor shower. Separate Barn house features loft bedroom, living room, kitchenette and half bath. Beach chairs and paddle boards included in stay.

Great property for our family vacation. So close to the beach and just a lovely place. We would recommend it to anyone traveling in a group or family. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful!

We stayed at the cottage in Jamesport for three nights. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. The cottage was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. We were on Long Island for a wedding, but there is also plenty to do around the area.

Beautiful house on Eastern Long Island. Awesome location to vineyards and beaches. House was amazing and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this rental cottage located on a quiet lane in Jamesport with a short walk to the beach. The house itself is beautifully designed and decorated and fully equipped, and the barn with the extra bedroom and bath worked really well for one our kids. We'll definitely be back!

Our family has been coming out to NoFo for a couple of years now and we loved the wineries, farms, & the feeling you get like going back in time. We had an opportunity to buy a little piece of NoFo in an amazing community that was close to the water.
