This home was very clean and well stocked and the amenities were very nice. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved the tv and backyard too! Host responsiveness was quick and helpful, especially when there was a wind-related power outage in the middle of the night. We liked how easy it was to get to the shopping at The Summit, and how quiet the neighborhood was. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Overall great experience, some of the drawers were dated/loose, so we had to remeber yo open gingerly. we would have liked a knife sharpener. The host was great and provided additional seating for a couple larger dinners with the kids and grandkid.

We really enjoyed are stay at the house. It's close to many stores and restaurants. The house was clean and perfect for our kids. The beds were confidant l comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again if we return.

Keeneland Weekend

We came into town with friends for a Keeneland weekend. Everything about the home was as advertised. It was very clean and the location was terrific. Overall it was a wonderful stay and great to be back in the bluegrass. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved Our Visit to Lexington

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over Memorial Day weekend- nice, clean home with comfortable beds, plenty of space and hot water in a quiet neighborhood. Dane and Jackie were great to work with. When we had a question, they quickly answered. One of the best parts of our stay- enjoying our morning coffee on the quiet, peaceful patio with a wide variety of wildlife, such a cool way to start the day. The home is in a great location too- easy access to The Summit for shopping, restaurants and Whole Foods. We also enjoyed the short drives to the Bourbon Trail, UK's campus and downtown Lexington. We would most definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for the Keeneland races and visiting the bourbon trail. The bed was very comfortable. Hosts quickly replaced some light bulbs that were out. We would love to stay again.

Cozy and comfort in a great location

As a regular VRBO customer, reviews are very important to my decision making process. I was a little hesitant to book at first because this listing didn't have any reviews. The host provided an explanation and provided another platform for me to review history and photos. This was both thoughtful and helpful. I needed a place to stay for both personal and business reasons over the course of 10 days/9 nights. The house was the perfect spot to my work locations in Lexington, Richmond and Georgetown. It is also literally 15 steps out the back gate to the Summit at Fritz Farm shopping and eating area. We walked to dinner most evenings. We also enjoyed the quaint backyard area during a rare February heat wave. It was very private and quiet. The pictures are accurate depictions of the house. The owners did a great job maximizing space and updating this older home. I appreciated all hardwood floors (no carpets), updated bathrooms, plenty of cabinet and closet space, and clean appliances. Due to the length of my stay, I used the kitchen on a daily basis. I found it well stocked with nice cookware, dishes and glasses. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The host was very responsive, although I never had a need or issue so our interactions were minimal. A binder in the kitchen included all the information I needed to answer questions about the house. I also appreciated the area recommendations listed in the back. I will book again soon. Thank you!
