The industrial-style decor features works of art and photos inspired by the bourbon industry and horse racing. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city, iconic bars, quirky shops, Kroger Field and UK Campus. A short drive away to Downtown, Rupp Arena, the Distillery District, Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail and many other attractions.

Notes:

-This is the 1st floor apartment of a duplex and sounds may be heard from the 2nd floor unit
-we use quality Zinus green tea mattresses. These are firm mattresses, so if you prefer a soft mattress, we recommend you book elsewhere
